Beautiful house
We loved the house, especially the beds. The mattresses can make or break your stay, we were able to sleep comfortable.
The lay out was very nice, the use of the second kitchen area helped significantly by the end of the week, we definitely needed the second refrigerator/freezer. My kids loved the pool once the rain stopped.
The parking was tight, but had enough room for 4 vehicles and a boat. The street and surrounding neighborhood was quiet.
Communication with the owners was easy and had a very rapid response. I think the longest time I had to wait was in the neighborhood of 2-3 hours, but the response came with an apology for the delay in responding. Brian was very polite during all communication. I asked about parking, adding someone to the reservation and many other things. I highly recommend this house, you will be pleased with everything.
If I had to give a negative about the stay: it would be the mosquitoes, after the rains they came out in droves. A couple citronella candles and some bug spray and problem solved.
This house checked all the boxes for my group.
