Very nice stay

A great house in New Braunfels to stay. Stones throw from Gruene. Large enough to spread out in the house. 3 bathrooms made getting ready easy. Large back patio to relax with a glass of wine. We would stay again if we spend a long weekend in New Braunfels again.

Labor Day getaway

The oversized couches and plush area rug, accented with crisp, clean decor will delight your senses. The interior of the property has been fully remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen, stainless steal appliances, fresh paint and new carpet. It comes equipped with a state of the art 57 inch smart TV and lightning fast internet. As you enter the formal dining area, you will see a brand new table that comfortable seats 6, and a matching bar top table for two. There is a fully equipped wine bar with wine glasses and wine fridge, ready for stocking after visiting one of the many local vineyards, just minutes away! There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms with ideal sleeping arrangements for 8 people. One Bedroom boasts a queen size bed and large smart TV for your enjoyment. This bedroom has a bathroom attached with a large walk in in closet stocked with plush his and hers bathrobes, lavish white towels and a hairdryer for your convenience! Continuing through the bathroom you will find a new, oversized walk-in shower with large crystal clear, glass shower doors. Upon exiting the shower area and through the door you will find yourself in the second bedroom, on this wing of the home. In this bedroom you will find two brand new twin sized beds, and a brand new fold out "futon" style couch and a crib is available if needed for one of these bedrooms. On the right wing of the home, you will find a master bedroom, featuring a queen size bed and night stands on each side of the bed. This bedroom has a fully private bathroom with a shower tub combo and an extensive closet space stocked with plush his and hers bathrobes and lavish towels as well as a hairdryer for your convenience. There is a fully stocked laundry room with easy to operate washer and dryer that leads to the gorgeous oversized deck in the backyard that is fully furnish for your enjoyment.

This home is located right in the middle of everything!! We have spent many nights on the front porch watching the people heading into downtown and floaters on there way to the river! If you prefer a quiet setting, there is a gorgeous back deck nestled among the trees, with twinkling white lights throughout, perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner or bottle of wine on the cozy outdoor furniture! You are a short walk to restaurants and shops, making this vacation spot so convenient!
