Great location in New Braunfels, walk to coffee in the morning and to dinner/live music in the evening. Enjoyed watching the tubers on the Comal river while relaxing in the pool/hot tub. Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms - nice!

Enjoyed the stay. No issues at all. The property is very well maintained and access to the river is perfect. Was nice to see security walking around day and night!! Would definitely recommend staying here. The float from the property to the last exit was perfect

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and was exceptionally well stocked from the kitchen to the linens, seating, sleeping etc. I wish we had another day or two on the intenerary! Will be returning next year.

A view of the river from our window, parking passes, wrist bands in the unit. Very clean, homey, extra blankets. Plenty of drawer space. The host was very responsive. Large refrigerator, patio table & 4 chairs. Choice of elevator and stairs. Very comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay right on the river. The tubing outfitter next door gives you a ten dollar discount per tube, which was a fantastic surprise! Security was great in making sure who was parking and walking around the facilities were supposed to be there, but in a very kind way. Would 100% stay again! Only thing I would change is giving access to streaming services such as Netflix or something else, even if it meant logging in with our own membership but the tvs weren’t capable. We were not in the condo all day but after a long day in the sun, it’d be nice to sit down and watch a movie we could start from the beginning on own timeline. However, would not deter me from staying at this place again!

This condo was very well located. Getting to the actual location of the condo was bit confusing with the stairs and elevators. Communication from the host was great. The pool and hot tub was clean. The other guest were kind and and even though it was Spring break it wasn't overly crowed .
