The stay was awesome. The main issue I had was when I rented the home the listing said it was a 3 bedroom house, and this is really a 2 bedroom house. I guess they consider the living room a bedroom, however the purpose of a bedroom is privacy. Two bedroom homes are normally cheaper than a 3 bedroom. Other than that the stay was great. The home had a unique charm that I loved.
Great weekend with the family, including our two dogs! Our little girl enjoyed her birthday weekend! Definitely an unforgettable experience! She gets to tell all her friends she stayed in a treehouse! Will definitely go back!!!
We loved our stay at Las Palmas. The treehouse was great, we loved the close proximity to the New Braunfels and the rivers. We appreciated the quirkiness of the property and being able to walk right to the rivers edge, our dogs loved it. Thanks for the great stay.
The house was great. The wifi was really good and the view was beautiful. The host was always available. The river is close and the property was really nice for walking around. I enjoyed the visit. The only downside was the pool was green while we were there but the host wasn't able to get chemicals due to the hurricane. We swam anyways and it was fixed by the last day we stayed! (Dang) but the hottub was nice and running the whole time. I would definitely recommend if you have the money. I felt it was pretty high priced but it was an entire house to ourselves.

It was nice but definitely not big enough for more than 8. More comfortably would be 6. Pool area very nice. Nice distance to other activities. We had a good time.
Children spent hours in the HUGE pool while parents enjoyed coffee and a cool breeze on the porch. Minutes from town and restaurants, but remote and quiet enough stay away from busyness. Perfect escape for our little family!
