About this property

This newly renovated condo is in the renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort in the Miramar Beach area of the Emerald Coast! Unit 607 at the Summit offers a master suite with a king size bed and 55 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom houses a queen size bed with a 55 inch flat screen TV as well. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for extra accommodations. The living room, dining and kitchen area have an open floorplan. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to prepare a great meal. The property also has a few gas grills by the pool for you to use to prepare meals. The dining area has seating for 6 people and there are two barstools for extra seating. There is a stackable full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Once you set foot in this condo you will not want to leave. The unit overlooks Coffeen Nature Park and Topsail State Park with unparalleled panoramic gulf views! The condo is a short walk to the beach. In need of additional space? This condo can also be rented as a three bedroom by adding studio suite 607A with adjoining door (see vrbo #1274211 for pictures). Contact owner for discounted 3 bedroom rates.

Tops'l has many amenities which include a beach side pool, beach side restaurant/bar, hot tub, beach chair service and resort security.

OPTIONAL: The Tops'l Tennis Club and Fitness Center amenities are available to our guests for an additional $45 per day (3 day minimum). This fee gives all guests in the condo the rights to enjoy the use of the 14 tennis courts, racquetball court, state of the art fitness center, exercise and yoga classes, indoor pool, sauna and steam room, and mini golf. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you want to use the club and we will make arrangements for you with the Club staff.

Please know that If you are only interested in enjoying the beach and swimming pools, you do NOT need to purchase the club membership. Your reservation already includes access to the 500 feet of private beach, the Summit heated pool, and the gulf front pool.

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

In lieu of requiring a damage deposit, we charge $79.00 for a damage insurance policy. This policy covers the guest against property damage up to $1500. This fee is noted in your quote as an administrative fee. Please let us know of any damage to the condo so we can make a claim.

Lovely stay

Our condo was great! The beds were super comfy..even the pull out sofa for the kids! The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. We hadn’t been to Tops’l in several years and it is still beautifully maintained. The condo was also very clean when we arrived. We stayed for Spring Break and found Topsl to be a great location. Security was good and we felt removed from all the “spring break” crazy. The door from the master to the balcony needs replacing. It gets stuck and is hard to open. Thank you for a great trip.

Loved our stay!

Amazing property, amazing location. You truly don’t want to leave when you get there because it feels very cozy. Gorgeously put together with decor. The AC during this trip’s heat wave worked so well, at one point we had to turn it down. This area is incredibly busy during summer (of course) but the property doesn’t feel that way. Everyone is quiet and respectful as well as kind and friendly. You have pretty much everything you need to stay. In unit laundry is a godsend. Easy access to the beach, tram service was very efficient too when we were all tired after the day spent there. Having access to two pools was fantastic as we had a younger child with us that loves to swim in a not salty ocean all the time. We will never stay in any other area of Miramar!

Excellent Location

The property sits in a perfect location because Top Sail State Park and Coffeen Nature Preserve are on one side This means that there aren't crowds and the beaches are beautiful. The unit was really nice and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Great location, awesome views

My family of 4 loved the condo. It was clean, spacious, and luxurious feeling. Thr condos appear at least 20-30 years old but this particular unit was very nice and the finishings were updated. Master bed was comfortable. It was nice that there were beach chairs and toys for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed too. We will book again next year!

Our families bought this Summit condo in September of 2017. After a complete renovation, the condo was rental ready in early 2018. The Wood and Jefcoat families live in NE Mississippi, while The Taits live and work as Realtors in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We met in 2012 when Tommy and Anita Wood hired John and Katherine Tait to represent them in the purchase of 111 Summit (VRBO # 470878). After Tommy and his son in law Chase Jefcoat completely renovated 111 Summit, Chase and his wife Anna Claire purchased 916 Pelican Beach (VRBO # 992251). This purchase was featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. When John became aware that 607 Summit was in need of a complete renovation, he approached Tommy and Chase about purchasing it together and bringing it back to life.
