Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure pool pass is put back $250 if lost or stolen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not move or rearrange furniture. Unplug any cables from TV’s $75.00 to re- connect Direct TV when logged out.
Bikes are a courtesy for booked guests. Use at your own risk .Owners assume on responsibility for injuries or damage. Bikes are not allowed in condo
Cleaning fee covers standard turnover only. Excessive mess, stains, trash, or unsanitary conditions will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pristine clean, very spacious and lot of great amenities. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We spent a girls weekend here and it was perfect for us. This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Bring slippers or thick sock because the floor is tile. Host was great and arrival and departure instructions were clear, which I appreciated.
