Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure pool pass is put back $250 if lost or stolen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not move or rearrange furniture. Unplug any cables from TV’s $75.00 to re- connect Direct TV when logged out.
Bikes are a courtesy for booked guests. Use at your own risk .Owners assume on responsibility for injuries or damage. Bikes are not allowed in condo
Cleaning fee covers standard turnover only. Excessive mess, stains, trash, or unsanitary conditions will be deducted from the security deposit.

Very clean and spacious unit. Well-stocked kitchen. All amenities were well thought out and amply provided. 2 minor issues were quickly resolved by host. He answered questions very quickly and was able to come and help us within minutes both times we had an issue. King bed was VERY comfortable and I love that there was a TV in each room and dressers/closets in each room. If you have little ones, the master closet is equipped with a pack and play with a clean mattress/bedding. Closet is large enough to fit the crib and completely dark when door is closed; it'd be great for a quiet place for baby to sleep! High chair also provided, It's also very nice that each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Price was excellent and well worth every penny. Would stay here again for sure.

Plenty of space to relax comfortably. My kids loved their rooms and easy access to swimming pools. They were excited about the bikes however some needed fixing. Kitchen had most of what we needed for cooking minus an ice maker and meat thermometer. Master bedroom was very nice, comfortable king size bed. Overall we had a very nice little family getaway.
