Do not move or rearrange furniture. Unplug any cables from TV’s $75.00 to re- connect Direct TV when logged out.

Bikes are a courtesy for booked guests. Use at your own risk .Owners assume on responsibility for injuries or damage. Bikes are not allowed in condo

Cleaning fee covers standard turnover only. Excessive mess, stains, trash, or unsanitary conditions will be deducted from the security deposit.

Boating, ATV in the Sand Dunes,Snow Canyon, Hiking, Biking, Climbing, and just minutes from downtown. Great restaurants, always so much to see and do. We do take great pride in assuring that you will find our property very clean and comfortable. With everything needed to make your stay a great experience. Hi speed internet WIFI, 135 cable channels, new comfortable beds and fresh new linens. A full complement of cookware, dishes, highchairs, pool toys and lawn toys for the kids ! Games for all ages ! A few short steps across from 2 family pools and hot tubs ! Also included in your stay is a pass for 12 to access the accommodations at our resort .
