Join us in our little haven of peace in the heart of the medieval village of Yvoire on the French banks of Lake Geneva. Between Geneva and Evian, close to Douvaine and Sciez
We will welcome you warmly in our new apartment for 2 to 4 people.

Wow - was für eine Ferienwohnung!

Wir vier waren begeistert - von der fantastischen Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt am Genfer See (an der Spitze einer Landzunge), unmittelbar neben dem Schloss, im autofreien historischen Städtchen mit seinem Charme. Die anderen Touristen haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr gut und mit sehr viel Geschmack ausgestattet. In nur wenigen Kilometern Entfernung gibt es einen Sandstrand, den wir genossen haben. Laut dem sympathischen und am Wohlergehen der Gäste interessierten Vermieter Ivan ist es der einzige am großen Genfer See.

Traumhaft mitten in Yvoire

Ein sehr, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Super ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt. Sollte doch etwas fehlen oder man braucht einen Tipp über die Region/Feste/ Aktivitäten, dann sind die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter im Ort sofort erreichbar. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind die Tagestouristen natürlich Zaungäste, aber in der Frühe und gegen Abend hat man auf der eigenen Terrasse ruhige und sonnige Stunden. Wir kommen bestimmt und sehr gerne wieder zurück. Lieber Ivan, vielen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft! Axel mit Familie

Très beau gite - à recommander

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le gite refait à neuf d'Ivan. La décoration est de très bon goût, moderne et le gite offre réellement tout le confort pour 4 personnes. L'emplacement en plein centre du centre historique d'Yvoire nous a ravi et est vraiment le gros point positif de ce gite . La petite terrasse nous a permis de profiter de belles soirées avec une vue privilégiée sur le lac léman, en soirée c'etait magnifique! Nous avons apprécié le coté sans voiture, à deux pas des restaurants, des petites boutiques et du charme de la ville historique d'Yvoire avec tout de même la possibilité de l'amener au pied de la location des que besoin. (carte de parking fournie par Ivan était très appréciable pour s'assurer d'une place de parking en toutes circonstances) Enfin, Ivan est un propriétaire très sympathique, globe trotter qui partage ses expériences et nous a offert une belle rencontre, toujours prêt à nous donner de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gite ou nous avons passé de très belles vacances
