This large villa with 5 rooms entirely renovated in 2023 consists of 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms with separate bath and with a pond and a large living room open onto the garden and the outside dining area.

It is on one level around a mediteranean style patio. The lush garden surrounding it hides you from all vis-Ă -vis while offering a beautiful sea view. Children will discover its secrets.

TrÚs bon séjour dans une maison trÚs agréable pour 2 familles. 8 personnes en tout idéal. La décoration est soignée et les équipements en bon état. La climatisation marche bien. Le wifi/internet est limité , on capte en réseau mobile 2-3 barres si hs. Wir haben als 10köpfige Familie ( Großeltern, Eltern,Kinder) schöne Tage im Haus verbracht. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Außenbereich zum Essen und Zusammensitzen. FĂŒr die Kinder war der Garten ein toller Spielplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend.Muckenschutz in der Region dringend empfohlen!

Maison fonctionnelle dans un jardin agréable et calme

Maison de plain-pied, bien distribuée autour d'un patio central. Situé dans un quartier calme de Cala Rossa, à proximité des plages, elle dispose aussi d'un jardin agréable et bien entretenu avec vue mer. Vaisselle et équipement complets.

Cadre idyllique

La maison est situé dans le domaine privé de Cala Rossa ce cadre est vraiment magnifique et elle trÚs proche de la plage à pied. La maison est spacieuse et les chambres ont chacune leur point d eau. Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis avec nos enfants et ce séjour était parfait !

Wunderschönes Haus in idealer Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit der Oma in diesem wunderschönen Haus zwei Wochen an Pfingsten im Urlaub. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist super, die PrivatstrĂ€nde wunderschön und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war hervorragend. Wenn es mal ein Problem gab wurde uns umgehend auf Nachrichten geantwortet und geholfen. Im Haus hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Der Garten war toll fĂŒr die Kinder und wir haben es geliebt auf der tollen Terasse zu essen. Die Lage war toller Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Wir werden sicher mal wiederkommen.

a taste of paradise

We had a wonderful stay in this ideally situated house in Cala Rossa. The house is comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The garden is well kept, as is the entire village of Cala Rossa, where the garden service toils daily to keep private gardens, public spaces and beaches in great shape. Loved the local private beach, five minutes away on foot, the golden sand raked daily, the water sparklingly clean. Conveniently situated for shops and some of the best beaches in Corsica. Who could ask for more? We'll be back.

La maison mériterait la climatisation ou des ventilateurs .. le wifi n y est pas et beaucoup de moustique dans la zone (comme partout) pour tout le reste l emplacement est top la maison conforme. A noter pas de draps fourni
