About this property

Porto Vecchio, beach of St Cyprien on foot, sea view.

Located north of Porto Vecchio, this beautiful recent villa on more than 3000 m² of flat land, gives access to the beach of St Cyprien and the famous Cabanon Bleu by a footpath.

The fully equipped villa has 3 double bedrooms with sea view (3 with terraces), 2 bedrooms with two single beds (one with sea view) and a dormitory 4 (rather children) with bunk beds.

All rooms are air conditioned and have their bathroom or shower.

The kitchen is open on a very large living / dining room which gives access to two terraces, one covered.

The flat terrain slopes slightly allows all types of games (football, badminton ...).

The 6x12 pool is secured by an electric shutter, and heated for the before and after season, or for the warmer evenings. It has a pool house with summer kitchen (bbq, pizza oven and plancha, dishwasher and refrigerator), seating area and dining area.

In the laundry room: washing machine, dryer and third refrigerator.

The villa also has a petanque court and a ping pong table.

Internet by secure wifi.

The rental includes end-of-stay cleaning, sheets (beds prepared on arrival) and towels.

We spent a wonderful 14 days in this holiday home. The villa is extremely well equipped and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, and all the air conditioners work perfectly. The real highlight is definitely the pool and the pool house – both are absolutely stunning and ideal for a family or group holiday.We were a group of eleven people and found everything we needed. The beach is within walking distance, about 15–20 minutes, which was very pleasant.A couple of small remarks: the multi-bed room in the basement is not really recommended, especially for children. Access is only through the garage, which is not very convenient and can be a bit intimidating for the little ones. In the basement it smelled a bit like diesel.Also, the water drainage in the showers didn’t work perfectly at first, but after some minor maintenance it was fine. The matresses in the bed room were a bit hard .One unusual and exciting aspect: we had visits from wild boars in the evenings, as the fence doesn’t seem to work 100%. We also spotted tree rats, which was an unexpected but interesting experience.All in all, this is a dream house with an excellent location, a fantastic pool, and outstanding facilities. We would definitely recommend this place!

Maison bien située à punta d’arasu très calme, à pieds jusqu’à la baie de saint Cyprien. Propre et bien aménagée. Très grand jardin avec pelouse, grande piscine eau salée. Nous étions 13 personnes et nous la recommandons tous !

Location idéale pour sur tous les points !

Super séjour de plusieurs familles avec enfants en bas âge. Maison idéale sur tous les points. Beaucoup d'espace en intérieur et extérieur, ustensiles et fournitures disponibles en suffisance. Piscine et cuisine d'été très agréables. Emplacement calme avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in een rustige omgeving

We troffen een goed onderhouden ruime villa aan die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Voor iedereen was er een slaapkamer met bijbehorende badkamer. De villa was schoon. Alle bedden waren keurig opgedekt. De huiskamer was zeer ruim en er was o.m. een grote flatscreen TV en een groot voetbalspel. De keuken was eveneens ruim en goed uitgerust. Het terras aan het huis was royaal, we hebben er menig aangenaam avonduurtje doorgebracht (anti muggenspray is wel nodig). Achter in de grote tuin bevond zich een heerlijk groot zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen voor iedereen. De aanwezige parasols waren helaas aan vervanging toe en konden hun taak maar gedeeltelijk meer vervullen. Verder troffen we twee petanque-banen aan, die we met plezier gebruikt hebben. Voor boodschappen en brood moet even wat tijd uitgetrokken worden. De dichtstbijzijnde winkel bevind zich op een klein kwartier rijden. Het contact met de contactpersoon verliep soepel en plezierig. We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad!

Villa con grande spazi

Ottima posizione per visitare molte spiagge nella vicinanza. Ci siamo trovati bene villa spaziosa, e pulita, con molte possibilità di praticare attività sportive ping pong, calcetto, bocce, piscina meravigliosa con acqua calda.

Großzügig und gut ausgestattet

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viele Atraktivitäten (Kicker , Tischtennis, Boule, Fussball). Poolbereich mit Grill und Pizzaofen inklusive Eismaschine ist ein Hammer. Wenn man möchte kann man in 20min zum Meer wandern und in einsamen Buchten in glasklaren Wasser baden.

Un pur bonheur

Merci à Philippe pour ce super séjour et aussi aux personnes qui ont géré notre arrivée et départ. La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain ce qui est très pratique car nous étions plusieurs familles. Chacun avait son espace de vie. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et la cuisine d été un pur regal: tout est prévu pour passer de superbes vacances!!!

Parfait

Superbe maison, conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous étions 13 et avons profité pleinement. Le plus : une salle bain par chambre. Un vrai bonheur ! La maison est très bien équipée. Le coin barbecue / plancha au bord de la piscine est top pour les soirées. Pétanque et ping-pong en extérieur ont été largement sollicités, ainsi que le baby-foot intérieur. La plage est à 5 mn en voiture. De belles balades à faire à moins de 30mn. Nous sommes tous partants pour l’année prochaine. Seul bémol : les fourmis qui envahissent la cuisine ouverte au bord de la piscine.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist noch viel besser, als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Alles sehr großzügig. Der Poolbereich und die beleuchtete Poolbahn haben uns auch sehr gefallen. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
