Magnificent Villa

Loved the villa which was well equipped and the view is stunning but just a small point - a map would be useful to find the property. Vincent met us and showed us to the property but rest of family struggled to find it as did taxi. Villa has no name which doesn't help

Perfecto!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property. It was just magical. There were 15 of us. 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 8-17. The house was a great size to accommodate us all in style. Lovely big bedrooms and everyone had a bathroom. We really enjoyed to pool, views, pool table, table football and boules. Very well equipped kitchen and bbq area with multiple areas of outside seating and decked areas or balconies … so much choice! Weather was perfect too. Great location to explore the south of the island. Would recommend this place 100% Vincent very friendly and very responsive yet respectful. Many thanks!!

The villa is truly special. Some written directions would help as the map pin took us to another nearby villa. However we found our host and all was well.The inside space is modern, spacious and beautiful. Most rooms & living spaces have spectacular views. The kitchen is very well equipped, spacious, with plenty of storage space for food. The games area was brilliant, good equipment for teens and adults - table football, a pool table, a bar & fridge plus seating and an outside pétanque space, (boules supplied).The pool is a decent size, well maintained and there were some pool floats and water guns provided which was a nice touch.There are shady outdoor spaces to eat or relax, a large family will find plenty of space for different groups. Comments to inform future guests: although villa sleeps 20, the dining table seats 10, if cooking for the whole group you could use both the indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is a shop and several nice restaurants in the nearby beach town, about a 10 minute walk. The shop sells some food and has a useful boulangerie. Be aware the walk back up to the villa is very steep but it’s an easy drive.There are 7 good bathrooms but no hand soap provided - this would have been nice on arrival. The manager Vincent was very helpful to us, offering information on the surrounding area and nice places to go. WiFi failed to the area for part of our visit but there was 4G coverage. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Could not find a better place! Had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very nice with great closet space. Showers all worked well with nice hot water. The kitchen was equipped very well …. I have never been to a rental that had all this place had as far as kitchenware. Pool was wonderful with an incredible view. Plenty of outdoor seating both in the sun and in the shade. There were plenty of beaches close by. It should be noted that you could walk down to the beach if you wanted to — closest beach is probably a 15 minute walk. Note that the walk back up is not easy…we preferred taking the car. Only the twenty somethings were interested in an exhausting walk up to the house. Vincent the property manager was very responsive and friendly. The only thing the house needed in my opinion was more hooks in the bedrooms to hang bath towels, etc.

Maison idéale pour accueillir les 4 générations de notre famille. 11 adultes et 5 enfants ravis par la localisation, la vue et la piscine de cette grande et belle maison ! Annoncée pour 20 personnes, c’est ok pour 6 couples et 8 enfants car des chambres format dortoir sont idéales pour réunir les enfants… moins pour les adultes. Seul petit point d amélioration: installer un chargeur pour véhicules électriques. Enfin, merci à Vincent pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !

Zcasa eccezionale con panorama splendido.

Molto bella. Comoda e piacevole. Unico piccolo neo, la connessione wifi non era illimitata (non lo sapevamo) e siamo rimasti 2 gg senza rete. Solo i ragazzi se ne lamentavano... Per il resto la casa è siper fornita di tutto. Nuova e pulitissima. Consigliata. Grazie

Magnifique villa très confortable, avec de nombreux couchages(pour 20 personnes) Piscine chauffée située sur la terrasse à côté de la pièce de vie. Vue époustouflante sur la baie de Tarcu.

Magnifique vue !!

Séjour juste parfait en famille avec 14 adultes et 6 enfants. Une vue imprenable sur la mer, une piscine chauffée excellente pour les baignades en soirée, un boulodrome, un billard, etc… tout pour passer des vacances de rêve… ce qui a été notre cas ! Das Haus hält voll und ganz was es auf den Bildern verspricht.

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern da und es gab genug Platz für alle. Wir konnten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub geniessen. Genossen den Sonnenaufgang direkt vor dem Zimmer und planschten stundenlang im warmen Pool. Danke für alles!

Un rêve devenu réalité. Un hôte Vincent très à l'écoute, agréable, disponible, serviable, vraiment des prestations haut de gamme. Une villa grand confort, des équipements parfaits, cuisine, literie, salons de jardin, transats La cerise sur le gâteau, la piscine chauffée à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Juste magnifique, fabuleux. Nous étions 17 tous unanimes sur la qualité des prestations de cette villa. Je la recommande à 200%, les yeux fermés. Gut ausgestattete Ferienvilla mit fantastischem Ausblick. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit.

Zu bemängeln gab es nur die fehlende Erstausstattung mit Toilettenpapier und fehlende Toilettenpapierhalterungen. Ansonsten alles wie gewünscht und erwartet.

Une semaine exceptionnelle

Une maison exceptionnelle pour une semaine exceptionnelle ! Vincent a été un hôte très accueillant, compréhensif et toujours la si besoin. La maison est parfaite pour passer une semaine entre amis sans se marcher dessus. La piscine est très bien entretenue elle est restée toute aussi transparente toute la semaine. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique, avec une vue dégagée par chance pour nous toute la semaine ! Je n’hésiterai pas à recommander cette maison ! A bientôt, Alienor

Maison récente très bien équipée avec superbe vue

Nous étions 20 personnes de 1 à 65 ans en séjour familial d'une semaine. L'équipement de la maison (wc salle de bain dans presque toutes les chambres), les volumes de celle-ci, sa luminosité, sa propreté, la piscine chauffée , l'accueil de Vincent ont contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.

Magnifique !!!

Nous avons séjourné à 20 (12 adultes et 8 enfants) dans cette villa. Elle est magnifique. Les photos représentent parfaitement bien la villa. Il manque juste une chambre en photo (chambre de 4 lits simple). La vue est spectaculaire. La villa est parfaitement bien équipée. Seul bémol, pour manger à 20 en extérieur il faut sortir la table du salon sur la terrasse et inversement pour manger à 20 à l'intérieur. Toutefois cette villa est paradisiaque. La piscine est adaptée à tous (petits et grands). Je recommanderais cette villa à 2000%.

8 wunderschöne Tage in einer Luxusvilla mit perfekter Betreuung

Wir waren 13 Personen. Alle waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Lage der Villa. Toller Blick über die Bucht von Tarco aus dem beheizten Pool oder der umlaufenden Terrasse. Vermittler Vincent war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolle Villa mit noch besserem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Man hat einen traumfahten Blick aufs Meer aus fast allen Zimmern. Für PKW´s sind genug Stellplätze vorhanden. Generell ist die Villa sehr gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Klare Empfehlung!!!
