Welcome to Terrasol #230 located in the Vela building

This 2 bedroom 2 bath is one of the most beautifully renovated condos that Terrasol has to offer..... Its been redone from front to back with no expenses spared.
Large new kitchen with island, Granite counter tops and all high end appliances.
The large Master bedroom has a King size bed with an attached bathroom with his and hers sinks and an oversized shower.
The second bedroom has 2 double sized beds that can be converted to a king size bed and is next to the second bathroom, which also has 2 sinks and an oversized shower.
Living area has a New large screen TV with internet TV with many channels.... WIFI is included.
The large deck overlooks the main pool area and palapa bar/restaurant. With plenty of space, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage while watching whales breaching and cruise ships passing by.
The location of Terrasol is one of the best that Cabo has to offer.... a 5 min walk to the marina is the perfect starting place for an evening out. With all of the best restaurants and bars and shopping within a 10 min walk.
The friendly staff at Terrasol are always helpful with any questions you may have.

This unit is a Non Smoking unit.... there is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the outside deck.

ALL RENTERS are subject to a Nightly Fee and a Cleaning Fee that is paid directly to Terrasol.
1-2 people $19.50/night
3-4 people $24.50/night
5-6 people $29.50/night
These fees cover all the guests

Cleaning fee: $35.00

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

The place is very nice and it was clean. I would recommend new towels and wash clothes as they were looking a little ratty. However they were clean and did the job. The owner was responsive to my messages and very nice. I would for sure stay here again. The view is amazing and the place was quiet and very well kept.

A Lovely Stay

My family and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. Condo has been fully renovated. Plus, we had a gorgeous view of the beach along with the swimming pool. We were just 7 minutes to the Marina and about 15 minutes to town (walking distance). Great location and not at all busy during the time we went (Jan 30-Feb 4). I have a 4 year old and 23 month old and the swimming pool was perfect for both. There’s a shallow part of the pool where the kids loved to play. The owner, Brad, was very responsive and helpful with everything. Gave advices, offered taxi service for pickup at airport, help setup our Covid test, and overall just amazing! I’d definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is great with wonderful views of the pool and beach. The pool bar and food were very good for both breakfast and lunch. It closes early which was a little disappointing but overall it was nothing less than wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you could possibly imagine if you are preparing meals in. Great communication with property manager. Don’t hesitate to stay here if your looking for something away from the craziness at some of the adjacent properties. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was prettier in person than in the photos. It was clean and very nicely decorated with tons of books to read. I requested the guest room beds be separated for my kids. It is close to one of the pools and the beach. The beach is not swim-able, but it is beautiful. The condo is located on the second floor. The patio overlooks the second pool. Highly recommended!

Terrasol is the Gem of Cabo

Being the veteran of our group of three ladies, I was in charge of picking the condo. I must say after hours scouring photos, maps and reviews- this condo at Terrosol was the PERFECT choice. This historical property is continually maintained. The location overlooking the raved about palapa bar and pacific ocean was number one on our list. Nothing deceiveing here, the photos were exacting. But it was the sound of the waves crashing steps away while you sleep that made me wonder why I've never stayed on the Pacific side before. The walk to town was easy and in case of a rare thunderstorm, a taxi will whisk you to Cabo Wabo for only $8. This condo, that we named the "Seal condo" for the statue that greets you with sunglasses, was recently remodeled. Floor to ceiling tile, fully equiped kitchen complete with coffee nook, and groovy bathroom lighted mirrors which we found made for satisfying selfies. But I dont recomend much cooking when, steps away, is the famous palapa bar/pool that serves the tastiest foods and handmade drinks. You must make time for the coconut pancakes. The two large pools are clean and peaceful. We left some floaties for others to share but dont ask how we know that the pools close at 10pm.The owner is very sweet and I can appreciate a remodel with female input. The king size master bed was extremely confortable. Brad is an asset to the properties he manages and all of Cabo. Professional, friendly andknowledgeable. He even took our photo in a scenic stop while we said our good- byes to Cabo. I felt like family. Saludos till next time mi amigos.
