Rated #1 - Secluded, Walk Out on Beach from Patio to Ocean, Excellent View!
This condo is located right on the beach and you can walk right up to the ocean. It is newly renovated (top to bottom) and includes home automation with touchscreen lighting control and music. Terrasol is at the optimum location because you can walk out of the gated entrances to the marina and the majority of the shops and restaurants.
If you look closely through this listing, you will see my calendar has this condo regularly booked every year. My name is Walt Lane. My wife and I work hard to have our condo in excellent condition by coming down to Cabo at least 4 times per year to personally make sure everything is fixed and fully stocked. People who rent from us the first time will ask to stay again each visit to Cabo because they know we take care of our place with no surprises.
I am the VP of Terrasol board of directors, and I have helped people who sometimes get into a condo that wasn’t well cared for, and it is sad for me to see their trip ruined by a careless condo owner. This condo has all new appliances, faucets, lighting, furniture, and granite throughout the condo. It was entirely renovated. A big plus is that we stock this condo with just about everything you need plus we buy high quality bedding, appliances, dinnerware, cookware, etc.
I have several condos available for rent that we own from one of the very few condominium complexes that allow full ownership and are not timeshare. Terrasol is a beautiful and secluded area considered very quiet and relaxing. My wife and I have been coming to Cabo for many years and through our time at Cabo we have discovered great restaurants, best priced car rental, scuba shops, dinner cruises, and other resources and activities. There is a FAQ I have built which I can email you upon request. It provides some additional insight on what may be a good ideas and a way to avoid challenges or unnecessary costs to your vacation.
Terrasol includes a WONDERFUL Palapa restaurant and bar that has a swim-up bar adjoined by a swimming pool. There is also a fountain wading pool, and a large lap pool that looks out to the ocean edge. Some guests have fished right off the beach at Terrasol and frequently have success. Bring the fish to the Palapa bar and they will clean and cook it for you. Terrasol is gated and secure and at a prime location on the beach facing the Pacific Ocean. The exchange rate for pesos to dollars is VERY favorable and will give you quite a bargain for most all your activities.

I have 3 condos at Terrasol. Search for listings 2013522 and 902201. Listing 2013522 is the condo right above this one. Similar size and setup. Listing 902201 is at the very front ocean edge (closest you can be to the ocean at this resort). Very few condos at Cabo San Lucas are at this perfect location right at the ocean edge overlooking the sandy beach and Pacific Ocean. From your patio you can watch the sunrise and sunset each day. You are so close, there is no need for binoculars to see the whales. We have completely renovated the 3 bedroom condo (VRBO listing 902201) which is a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom that is highly sought after for rental dates. We have our nightly rate very affordable for all 3 condos and hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do when we stay.
Each of my listings are on VRBO and contain details of the amenities at Terrasol and in my condos. We receive 5-star reviews and I’m easy to reach and will respond quickly for you.
REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FEES: (Terrasol common resort fee which is typical)
Similar to most owned condos at Cabo, Terrasol has a nightly fee that you pay directly to the front desk, which is $19.50 per night for 2 people, For every additional 2 people you add $5. This is not charged 'per person' but as a whole amount. Example 2 people will have $19.50 per night to pay total.
Terrasol also has a one-time cleaning fee of $25. All these fees are paid by you at the front desk when you arrive. I do have a $200 fully refundable damage deposit which I receive directly from you which can be paid for by check or Venmo.
After you make your reservation, I will contact you directly and go over all of this and I will send you an esign receipt which is the same doc that VRBO will send to you after you make your reservation. My receipt to you is your assurance that you have paid me this money.

Walt and Jana Lane live at Parkville, Missouri. We have 7 grand children and love to visit Cabo San Lucas as often as possible. Walt owns a tech company and is semi-retired. Why they chose this property
We have been renting at Terrasol for many years and finally decided make an investment with 3 properties at this wonderful resort. We like it here because it is a QUIET and PEACEFUL place to stay. It is a gated and secure though really Cabo is a safe area anyway. But there won't be any solicitors at Terrasol and it is just nice to have that control of entry. Our property is right on the beach facing the Pacific Ocean and you can hear the waves crashing from our patio. This condo is very close to the pool and the wonderful Palapa bar that has really good breakfast and lunch (open 8:30am till 4:45pm) and you can also swim up to it and get frozen drinks for $8 and they have a super cold beer cooler for Pacifico beer (my fave).

What makes this property unique
We have 3 condos. This condo is our 1 king sized bed studio with a large sleeper sofa. It is over 900 sqft so it is sizeable and has plenty of space with kitchen and living area. We have a washer and dryer too for you. All the appliances and the renovation is very new so you should feel comfortable and at home. I have added some home automation gadgets that include lighting control and environmental controls because I can't help myself to have these techy things. My wife loves to decorate and wants the place to be beautiful for you. Every year she updates the condo with furnishing improvements. We also own the condo directly above this condo and the VRBO listing is 2013522. Our 3 bedroom condo is ocean front (closest you can be to the ocean) and is also listed on VRBO under the search number 902201.
