The condo has the most beautiful ocean view, place is absolutely clean and I had everything I needed to feel like a million dollar guest. Host was on top of my needs and he responded to all my questions immediately. I recommend this place to everyone that wants to come to Cabo, you will love it !!! Im coming back with my family and will stay here again and again.

Perfect view

We stayed 7 nights the first week of April. Weather was so nice, we left the slide glass doors open and hardly used a/c. We had coffee on the back deck every morning and watched whales. I love the fact that the condo is so close to Cabo San Lucas, but its not in all the traffic and party activity. The vibe is definitely laid back. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Living room and bedroom was comfortable. The luvi g quarters did not feel cramped at all.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The views are incredible and the sunsets are beautiful! We were in awwww the entire trip. Million dollar view for sure. Our host was fantastic and very responsive. This place has everything you need, plus more to make your stay a great one. We were impressed by what is provided. Plenty of utensils, cookware, cups, bowls, seasonings, extra pillows, sheets, you name it. Washcloths were provided with the towels, which isn't common in Mexico. We always bring our own, so that was a nice surprise. Beach towels were even provided, along with 2 beach chairs, a large beach umbrella and cooler. The unit also has a washer/dryer with everything you need to do laundry. We quickly googled up how to use it and it worked great. The space itself was very open and clean. Shower was a great size and had plenty of hot water. Loved having a large TV in the bedroom with a big, comfortable bed. Entry is keyless which is always great. No worrying about losing keys. They really put a lot of thought into this place. Both beach areas here are picturesque and we enjoyed our time at them, but we ended up visiting different ones for beach days since we're moving to Cabo and wanted to check them all out. Las Viudas is our new favorite and a short drive from here. Staying here helped us pick Cabo Bello for the area we will be moving to. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Pedro. You were the perfect host! 1000 out of 10 recommend!!!

unbeatable view and family friendly

This place has an absolutely stunning view of Cabo San Lucas bay. The sunsets are amazing and probably the best in all of Cabo. The pool was perfect for our learning to swim 5 yr old as is has a few shallow areas and a really nice graduated walk-in feature at one end. It was also always mellow and not over crowded. Again the pool probably has the best view in all of cabo. Not mentioned in listing is bonus of Monuments surf break right out front and another pool with a small restaurant and bar in the neighboring complex. Pedro was very helpful and attentive making sure check-in was easy and everything was to our liking. We stayed in two of his units during our stay and they were both spectacular. His cleaning staff was nice enough to move our luggage to the second unit so we didn't have to cart everything down to the car for a few hours. I would highly recommend for couples or small families. This place is a gem! Cabo san lucas is only 10-15 min away and there is a giant Fresko supermarket within a couple minutes. Very convenient. We loved it!

Great View, Dated Property

My partner and I stayed here after a wedding at an all-inclusive resort, hoping for a quiet and relaxing escape. We had to wait outside upon arrival as the entry code didn’t work until precisely our check-in time, something to note. Pedro let us in tho! The apartment was clean and had a stunning balcony view—the “million-dollar view” was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues with the amenities. The fans didn’t work, and the hot water stopped after a day and a half. We contacted Pedro who then had to get maintenance to visit, which interrupted the relaxing atmosphere. The new washer was (according to Pedro) a two-in-one unit, but we struggled to figure out the dryer settings and had to hang-dry clothes. The complex itself needs many updates. The pools were poorly maintained, with broken chairs and a detached lamp floating in one pool—a safety hazard. Construction noise from both the property and neighboring buildings was constant, and the common areas felt neglected, with broken elevators and boarded-up spaces. We weren’t allowed to go to the other building with the bar because they viewed our VRBO property as the “ugly stepsister” as we heard from a neighbor and they now have security to keep us away. While the view and Pedro’s friendliness and responsiveness were great, the building’s condition and amenities left much to be desired. We’d love to come back in a few years if improvements to the property are made.

Spectacular View with Whales!

We chose this condo for our very first 3-month snowbird adventure. Being whale migration season, we looked for a place where we thought we just might be able to see a whale from the condo. We hit the lottery! Every morning we sat on the very large balcony with our coffee, watched the surfers, and saw whales nearly every day. So don't forget to bring binoculars! That amazing view includes Land's End and the Arch, fabulous sunsets every night, and frequently fireworks right outside our window. The location was perfect for us: close enough to Uber into town for a night out or to the marina for around $8 and yet far enough to relax in peace. There are two pools. The one in the center of the complex has plenty of lounges, umbrellas, and a bar and grill with good food, drinks, and service. There is a little market on the premises which is very handy and the nearby supermarket has everything you could want with an especially good bakery. Costco and Walmart are just a short drive away as well. The property is a little older and could use some updating, but the condo was roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long stay including a full kitchen and stacked washer/dryer. The bed was firm with the softest bed linens ever. AC worked well, but we rarely used it as the sea breeze through the sliding glass doors was perfect. The internet was good and we enjoyed the large smart TVs as well. The condo also provides complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler; so convenient for beach days. Our host, Pedro, was truly amazing. He is so responsive and generous! Because we were there for a long stay, he occasionally checked in on us to ensure everything was good and we were enjoying ourselves. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a great and comfortable stay. The pictures do not do the unit justice as it is very spacious. There are 2 beaches nearby to enjoy, and a quaint pool restaurant /bar downstairs if you don’t feel like cooking or just looking to socialize. The property has an amazing view, everything you should need is in the unit and the host is kind and attentive. Thank you for hosting us we look forward to another visit.

I have an awesome local team that helps me out to take good care of the apartment and guests. It is our mission to deliver best of experience to our guests, family and friends while observing rules and local laws.

What makes this property unique

Even though it is one 1 bed/1 bath condo, it is very large. There is plenty of room everywhere. Kitchen has big-size appliances, with a dishwasher (no common in Mexico). Bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of space to accommodate personal belongings in the closet. 2 50-inches TVs, 2 AC units, 2 ceiling fans, washing/dryer unit in a utility closet. Living room has very comfortable, high-quality 2 sofa-beds. Dining tables, one next to kitchen) and one in the balcony fits everybody needs. Bathroom is big with tub and large shower and a shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser. Enjoy the large balcony from sunrise (with a cup of coffee ;) to sunset and watch CSL lights & Fireworks at night!
