Welcome to Casa Mar Azul.

A stunning Oceanfront one bedroom, one bathroom air conditioned condominium located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the famous arch at Land's End. This totally renovated condo sits right above the Sea of Cortez in the beautifully landscaped resort of Misiones del Cabo, one of only a few true Oceanfront condominiums available in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is situated on a point with a beautiful cove and beach on one side, well suited for snorkeling, and the other with waves that beckon for surfing. Medano Beach, where sun meets fun, is just minutes away.

Enjoy listening to the sounds of the sea on your very own large, private, sun filled terrace while relaxing on lounge chairs or having your meal on the outdoor dining table. Casa Mar Azul features a retractable bedroom wall so you can savour the view from your king size bed morning and night. Enjoy making light meals and your favorite drinks in the fully equipped kitchen. The main swimming pool offers a swim-up bar with food service- opens mid afternoon, ideal when you're craving a cold beer or margarita with nachos; Wi-Fi is available for all guests in the pool area. Also within walking distance is the famous and highly recommended Sunset De Mona Lisa restaurant and wine bar.

Taxi service is available on site at the main gate, ideal for running into town to get groceries or to one of the many attractions in the area. Let Casa Mar Azul’s Concierge Service assist with planning and booking your activities while in Cabo. Get away for a golf game, relax at a local spa, get on board for a day of fishing, tour the famous arch on a sunset cruise, dine at one of the local eateries, shop until you drop or anything else you can imagine. They can arrange for transport to and from the airport and even stock the fridge for you; it’s all worry free.

Great location, comfortable bed and chairs, great pool, easy access to shopping and the beach... all in a wonderful stay. Derfinitely recommend the welcome fiesta add on by Gloria. We watched whales swim by our balcony all day every day -- would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was very nice, view was unbeatable, and pool and bar area were nice as well. After check-in, there was no communication from the management company when we needed additional towels. Other than that, we were pleased with the value and the experience.

This place is great! Perfect for two people. Deck area is super private with great view. Nice pool and bar area with awesome service. Good location close to cabo but not…. Downside, parking is not really available without considerable walk. That being said we would gladly stay here again.

Ocean sound machine

We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Its a small condo basically for 1 or 2 people. Great view! Biggest downfall for us was we only have sun on patio till noon. Other then that great place to stay.

This property is Amazing. The view from the balcony was my favorite. I also loved how quiet it was on the property. I would rent a car if you plan on staying here. Walmart is close. Kristen from the management company was awesome and really help us with everything on our vacation. I’ll be back again and again.

Wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Misiones del Cabo. The condo is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Kristen and Deny made the booking and check in process wonderful. They went above and beyond in welcoming us to Cabo! Deny is great helping with luggage and arrival. Upon walking into the condo he had chips and salsa out and 2 beers ready to crack. He even ran to the store for us to get ice! Great stay, wonderful customer service, and beautiful location!

The property is just as pictured. We did choose to stay in September. That’s one of their hot months. We live in Oklahoma and thought we could handle it. Beautiful view, somewhat dated property

The property manager was great. Easy check in. The view from the unit simply amazing. The inside of the unit is well appointed. Some deferred maintenance to overall property. The pool area was nice. Small bar with appetizers. No restaurants on site. But short Uber drive away. Costco is close. Small private beach was swimmable. The entry, parking lot and guard area definitely had significant deferred maintenance. Overall amazing view but if ok with a bit dated property is a good option.

FANTASTICO !!

First of all the View is SPECTACULAR..This unit sits right on top of beautiful sea and crashing waves..Sunrise and Sunsets are amazing.The outdoor deck area is large and has BBQ, OUTDOOR DINING AND LOUNGE CHAIRS..THE UNIT is well appointed, comfortable furniture and spacious bathroom with a great shower. The Entire Condo complex is very very well landscaped and maintained. The Pool area is wonderful with a swim bar and a great menu of drinks and food.. a small store on site is so convenient.Our unit host Deny who checked us in was wonderful , friendly and always helpful with a happy disposition.

Stunning ocean views and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cabo at this beautiful condo! The outdoor patio overlooking the ocean was amazing. We fell asleep to the ocean waves and woke up to the sunrise every morning and enjoyed watching the whales. Make sure to bring your binoculars! The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for beach time including chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear. It was great having a gas grill on the patio to prepare our own evening meals with a glass of wine and that incredible view! We appreciated the warm welcome and cold beer with chips/salsa after a long plane ride! The condo grounds are beautiful with gorgeous flowers and landscaping. We rented a car and felt very safe having a security gate for entrance into the parking area near the condo property. Everyone that we met during our stay was incredibly friendly. We will definitely visit again in the future!

Fabulous Condo, Best Location in community

This condo is Wonderful, and very private! The view is Fabulous! The condo has been very nicely remodeled, the bathroom is very nice with a huge shower, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook in. The management team keeps it in perfect working order, and very clean. There is filtered water in the kitchen sink, which is great for making coffee, and brushing your teeth, plus not having bacteria your stomach is not used to on dishes, and washing your food off (it is the right faucet handle with the F). Kristen was wonderful with questions before arriving, and Deny who checks you in is absolutely lovely, and is very helpful with luggage. We did not have a rental car, just know parking is a little tough, make sure to ask about where you will park, Deny can help you during check in. Deny, gave us a wonderful Uber drivers name, he was great, speaks perfect English, has a very clean car, and was priced very fairly, so you can use him, instead of a rental car. There is a very nice grocery store very close to the condo community. We love Misiones, and have stayed there before. This has to be one of the very best units in the entire community, and we will be booking it for all of our future holidays in Cabo. If you like to snorkel, there is great snorkeling right off the beach. The condo has everything you need for a lovely holiday!

Amazing view

We stayed at the property for 5 nights in January. The unit was clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The view is mesmerizing. Definitely sunrise from bed, and whale watching from the deck. All of the people we met, or worked with were great and had good, or good enough, English. The pool-side restaurant/bar has offerings morning-evening. You don't necessarily have to leave the complex. Of special note were their weekly Mexican and Seafood nights. These were very reasonably priced- and excellent. A very short walk takes you to a premium spot to view the arches at sunset. (Under the Sunset MonaLisa). We'd love to stay here again!

Beautiful view but…..

The view is amazing but I would not rent there again. Not enough restaurant options nearby. Place is old and needs a really thorough deep clean. Bath matts are stinky, Screen front door must be from the 80’s and is rusty …doesn’t close properly. Needs new bedding too …Definitely not a first class accommodation….. the view is beautiful though for sure!!
