Perched on the top floor of Port O’ Call — one of the Isle of Palms’ most sought-after oceanfront communities — E302 puts the Atlantic Ocean at center stage. Wake up to an unobstructed horizon. Step onto your private balcony with coffee in hand. Watch the pelicans glide. The beach is literally steps from your door.
Completely remodeled in 2023 with all-new furniture, decor, fresh paint, and a walk-in shower, this one-bedroom condo sleeps up to five guests and is professionally managed by Deserving Vacations for a seamless, stress-free stay. As a top-floor unit, you’ll enjoy extra privacy, reduced foot traffic, and — most importantly — the best vantage point in the building. The fully equipped kitchen, king bed, and open living area make it just as comfortable for long stays as it is for a long weekend escape to the South Carolina coast.
When you’re ready to head outside, Port O’ Call’s oceanfront community pool is waiting, and the Isle of Palms shoreline stretches as far as the eye can see. Dolphins play just offshore. Local restaurants and shops are nearby. And the charm of historic Charleston is just 30 minutes away.
This is your Isle of Palms beach vacation, elevated.

Thank you so much for the great review! We would love to have you visit again and again!
This was our 25th anniversary trip! We wanted to go back to Port O Call to enjoy a great beach and still close to everything in Charleston! The condo was perfect for us to enjoy go to beach in the mornings and venture out during the day and head back to the beach in the evenings! Highly recommend this condo!
Hubby and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was beautiful. Property was very clean and well maintained. Property managers replied promptly to all of my questions and even got us an early check in which was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Experience
The condo was exactly as described. We loved the top deck. It was the first time my 9 and 10 year grandchildren got to see the ocean and I had a hard time getting them to leave. The condo had everything you need, including beach chairs and games to play. A beautiful area to vacation at. We also took advantage of the dolphin tours at Bowens Island. We will visit again.

Sounds like such a nice time with your family! We are humbled that we were able to host the first time your grandchildren saw the ocean.
I imagine the tour was also amazing. The Charleston area has so much to offer!
We hope you can visit again soon!
We loved our stay at Port O Call, probably our third. We like the location, the screened in porch and the upper deck. Great ocean views! I believe this condo has been updated this year and it is very nice and clean. There were many TV channels in the listing but could not find NBC or CBS. Maybe a channel list could be added to the coffee table notebook.
I booked the property only for a few nights but wish I could’ve stayed longer. It was the perfect little getaway that I needed.
I didn’t take full advantage of all the Wild Dunes had to offer, therefore I can’t speak to the restaurants or activities available. I did thoroughly enjoy having coffee on the rooftop balcony, watching the sunrise, and having breakfast on the screened in porch, the proximity to the beach was great, only a short walk.
I hope to stay there again in the future.
Thanks!
This condo was perfect for the two of us this week - good size, loved the screened balcony and couple of chairs rooftop. Ocean views for sure, and super easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is quite small, but sufficient. Overall the place was comfortable and updated and we were happy with it. It's located on nearly the end of Isle of Palms in a very quiet area, but the trade-off is a decent (15 minute-ish) drive to restaurants, grocery etc. In addition to lovely beach walks outside our door, we brought our bikes and enjoyed riding the path around Wild Dunes resort.
Condo was nestled in the back of Wild Dunes which was very nice. Not a lot of traffic towards the back and very nice walking areas. The condo could use some revamping in the master but other than that it’s a great space with a great porch for breakfast and dinners. The bed rolled a a bit and only had a mattress that could use replacing. Overall I would stay here again but would recommend a little touch up in the master bedroom. Communication with property manager was great and condo was stocked with all kitchen stuff you would want. This was a little getaway for my wife and I and we enjoyed this condo.

All of the dishes and pans were old. Bed was a hard amazon bed. furniture was uncomfortable TV's are outdated. The Porta call is very out dated. maybe be the worst place we have stayed in Wild dunes. Not one to complain, but very disappointed!
While the owners were very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival, the unit (although very clean) was not what we expected. This was the 4th Port of Call unit that we have rented over the years and by far our least favorite. Most importantly, the quality of the bed and linens was very poor. Literally indentations on each side of the mattress from a LOT of previous use. The metal bed frame sticking out was a hazard too. Not to mention the cheap linens, pillows and blankets. When people are coming for rest and relaxation, the bed should be the highest quality to ensure a good nights sleep!Next, prepare to pack or hit the grocery store to buy every possible thing you may need to prepare a meal in the kitchen! Rusty knives need to be replaced. Other condos we have rented were much better stocked with cooking needs such as foil, containers with lids, large mixing bowls, cooking oils, etc that come in handy when making even the most basic meal, not to mention MULTIPLE kitchen towels! Finally, other condos also had beach chairs and towels available on the patio instead of having to rent them or pay 25 per chair at the grocery store. These may seem like small details, but compared to our past trips, the additional purchases we had to make to stay in this condo added up! Considering how much we paid to stay, I believe these owners can up their game and make this condo better aligned with others in the same complex which we have enjoyed renting in the past.
