Great place to stay and easier to book through VRBO than Island Realty. Close to pier and beach access is awesome for us. Everything we need to cook in sea cabin and beach chairs if needed. Communication with owner was great and very responsive to any needs.

The condo was exactly as described and in a great location, literally steps from the beach. Multiple restaurants and a grocery store two blocks away. Most importantly, there is dedicated parking because this complex is right next to the public beach access. Highly recommend!

We booked last minute…The host communicated with us that the room was available earlier than expected which was fantastic after a long 10 hour drive. It was our second trip to IOP and second time at Sea Cabins. The room was clean and just as described. Communication was excellent, it’s an affordable place to stay, within walking distance to restaurants and coffee. We didn’t cook in the unit but there are plenty of utensils to do so. The pier and beach are perfect, just steps from the unit. There are beach chairs in the unit! We also drove into Charleston for a day. Wonderful place to stay. Would book again.

This unit lacked in appropriate cleanliness. The floors were not swept and the wall tower in the shower as well as the sides of the toilet was not clean. The bedding and bathroom towels could use some replacement. I would also consider having an iron and ironing board, not to require the guest to use the laundry room outside the unit. The cost is minimal to provide this for the guest. I would recommend upgrading the bed, bedding/linens, bathroom, and bathroom linen. This unit was decent but would not be my first choice to other units I have occupied.

The property is in a great location! Steps to the beach through a private entrance. Pool was nice as well but that smaller pool is a kiddie pool and not a hot tub which you can’t really tell from the pictures. Brian was a very responsive host and helped us with a few questions we had. There is a slight smell in the unit due to dampness, which was aided with air fresheners, but in looking at reviews for other units at Sea Cabins, it seems to be a common theme. There is not much space in the unit for suitcases but there is a dresser and closet in the bedroom. My teenage daughter used the bottom bunk in the hall for her suitcase and we didn’t see a ladder for the top bunk so she slept on the couch. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Rarely drove the car as there were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The location of the property was the best feature!!
