Wooden holiday home in the heart of an oak forest
This is a wooden house of 110 m2 in the heart of an oak forest of several hectares.
Difficult to do more kind ... you will experience the sound of cicadas and birds, you probably see a deer, rarely fox, wild boar, a weasel ...
There's no TV, no internet for a stay offline (there is of course water, gas and electricity!).
Nearby, the Lot is full of recreational activities, sports, cultural ...
The house has a ground floor 65 m2 consists of an open kitchen with a counter (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and kitchen utensils ...), a living / dining area (large table 10 people), of lounge / library, a bedroom (bed 140 cm), a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet. A terrace of fifteen m2 with a table of 8 people.
Upstairs is a loft open tray of 45 m2 with a bedroom area (bed 140 cm) and a seating area. In an extra sofa bed 2 places with bedding and a sofa chair 1 place sleeping.
The accommodation is ideal for 4 adults with flexible space for 2 children.
