Beach view was great. Pool small but sufficient. Elevator situation was not good the first half of the week. Only one elevator worked which caused very long waits.

Hist was great about communicating uodates on repair work being done on elevator as well as openings/closings of pool, etc. View of the Gulf is soectacular. We had, I believe, brand new cookware which was a real trwat.

If you have toddlers or younger kids, this splash pad is invaluable! We traveled with two toddlers, ages 3 and 4, and when we tired of the beach and sand we came up and sat at the pool and splash pad. Hours of fun! Condo had everything we needed. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers (we brought our own filters and coffee grounds), sand toys and chairs, and a very efficient washer/dryer. Our complaints were few but not critical. The master bathroom sink water barely trickles on the cold side. The TV doesn’t work in the front bedroom with the queen bed. And the hot water definitely did not last through the six of us even taking quick showers. None of this would keep us from staying here again. Great communication from the hosts! Easy text line to check in and check out. The location is great. Everything clean on arrival. Food trucks between the Seawind buildings. Gym was great. We will be back!

We loved it there so close to the beach and kiddie pool we found lots of shells the beds were comfortable we would love to stay there again easy check in and check out we recommend Seawind 505 Thanks for a great vacation

Seawind Condo 505 was as advertised, clean and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and beach items. Beds were comfy. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

Room overlooked the beach and it was gorgeous. It was off season so few people on the beach which we actually enjoyed. It was our childrens first beach trip so w/ it being a bit calmer I think really helped. Restaurant right next door was convenient (and delicious) We are already talking about planning a trip back next year.One recommendation- New pots/pans. We cooked breakfast every morning and even w/ spray or butter everything stuck. I think some nonstick ones would be great.

Perfect vaca

Location was perfect so we could walk to the local restaurants. The beach was clean. Our condo worked well for the four of us. The work construction on the parking garage was loud but we weren’t in the condo much during the day. All & all, no complaints!

Great spot!

Wonderful location, beautiful condo. Our only issue was the air conditioning never cooled but I reached out to management so they can fix it prior to next guests arrival. Very friendly staff who always texts back promptly when you message them.

Our family had the best time. The property was clean and I can’t express how beautiful the view was! We watched dolphins from the balcony every morning. I would definitely stay here again! We had 4 adults and 3 teens, there was plenty of space for everyone. Would love an upgrade to the bedroom that seemed like an office. Other than that-excellent and I miss being there!
