Great Stay

Great stay, everything we needed, convenient. Recommend updating sofa bed mattress on top and fixing one of the chairs at the table, but it didn't really bother us, everything was fantastic, safe, and super easy! Very clean!

Great Location With All The Amenities

I was in Houston for a month for a rotation at TMC. Being unfamiliar with the area, this location close to the Metro line and security features of the complex were perfect. I didn’t need a car to get to the hospital daily and the bus system was easy to figure out. The apartment was nicely finished and Karla was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this apartment!!

Nice place to stay for business around the Medical Park at Houston

This property is a nice place to stay for business around the Medical Park at Houston. Very close to Metro so that someone could commute to hospital and university around Medical Park at Houston. Parking spots are available not just for someone who stay but also for visitors. The condo is also well designed for travelers who want to use a kitchen in addition to sleeping, showering, and resting.

Great place, great location!!! A must stay.

I chose to stay at this property because it was close to MD Anderson Cancer Center. I wanted a nice place near the facility where my son was having surgery. Karla's condo was perfect and met all of my son and my needs. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Karla responded to every text message within an hour and she was very accommodating to my request. Karla's condo was our home away from home for nearly two weeks. The activity center is clean and has a variety of equipment. The entertainment room is nice and the pool area is beautiful and spacious. The location of this condo is near shopping centers, restaurants, NRG stadium. you name it. I highly recommend Karla's place and if I ever need a place in Houston to stay, I would definitely retun.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a wonderful place! Neat, clean, safe, very convenient to NRG as described! Friendly welcome by owner, kept in touch to make sure we were receiving everything needed, nice neighbors. Enjoyed it and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Only suggestion is a coffee pot, the club room didn't have coffee as described, but it wasn't a big deal, I just got it on my way to my destination. Great place!

Perfect location for Medical Center, NRG Stadium and close to the metro rail stop. I came to Houston for a Health situation needing to stay near the Medical Center. Bought the property in that moment.
