Within walking distance to boat ramp, kayak rentals, fresh seafood, & live music !!

For all Fishing enthusiasts- Lavender's Landing county boat ramp is 1/2 block away. Launch your boat, kayak or canoe for free!

We loved our stay. The house is neat and clean and well decorated. The basics like dish soap, TP etc. are well stocked. The host left a nice "welcome basket" with some coffee and treats. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. No complaints. Hope to come back next year.

Island Getaway

Perfect property for avid kayakers as the boat launch is right down the street. Really appreciated the welcome basket & use of the bikes. Very quiet neighborhood. Hope to be back in the future!

Perfect!

Matt and Nancy welcome you to Pine Island with a beautiful house and a great location. The house has everything you need during your stay including a wonderful Welcome basket. The patio is a great place to unwind after a day of siteseeing or fishing from the nearby piers. There are many excellent restaurants nearby or you can cook your own meals. This was our second trip in 6 months and we will definitely return. And the new mattresses are very comfortable. Thank you again, Matt and Nancy for opening up your little piece of paradise to us! This was a cute house and the island is really neat! We enjoyed our time here. Spacious bedrooms and it was clean. Love having the washer and dryer and there were bikes and a kayak to use as well. Owners were responsive and available if needed. Would definitely aren’t stay again!

We Loved it, So we rebooked it!!!!!!

Property was excellent for my wife and I. Situated 1/2 mile from our Grandson to the north and1/2 mile to our daughter, son in law, and other grandson to the south. Matt is fantastic. If your into classic autos ask him about his. It's beautiful. Loved it so much we rebooked to spend Thanksgiving with family on Pine Island. Would've loved it just alittle bit more if there were some sports channels on the tv but hey we are in paradise. DON'T hesitate to book a stay !!!! You won't be disappointed.

Just what we were looking for!

As this was our first time renting through VRBO, we weren’t sure what to expect, but everything on this listing was as advertised. The accommodations were comfortable and well stocked for our arrival.
