Sugar Beach Condominiums is located right on the beach in beautiful Orange Beach Al. The complex has three pools and a kiddie pool as well as our gorgeous white beaches will have you coming back year after year!

Love Sugar Beach

We stay at Sugar Beach every year and we love it. This year was no different. Clean, property is safe with lots of fun, and right on the beach. Multiple pools to choose from and a great view.

Not impressed

This condo is filthy, stains on furniture, walls and carpet. Microwave is in the living room. Outlets are all worn out and cords will not stay plugged in. TV was broken and were told it would be replaced but didn't hear anything back all week. Broken shelves, furniture in closets and even on balcony. Toilet wouldn't flush correctly, and bathroom door wouldn't shut. Everything was old, dated and worn out.

Beach stay

I’ve stayed at this condo several times this is the first time my room was not clean bed linens were not cleaned i had to clean them myself both bathrooms were not cleaned the pull out bed still had dirty sheets on it that i had to was myself.
