Perfect for a long weekend

We came to stay for a long weekend and it was perfect for the beach trip we wanted. We both enjoy spending most of our time at the beach, so the unit itself was the perfect size for the 2 of us. It was easy to get to, clean, and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Problems solved

At first glance, we were disappointed. The door was disgusting with old peeling paint covering it. The balcony door, in the middle, we could not see through. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. I could say more but the rental company tried to fix most of these issues and compensated for our trouble.

Had a Great Stay Here

Because some of the reviews are terribly negative about this place, I wanted to begin with the few shortcomings that I found. The front door greets you in this condo and it makes a terrible first impression! Not sure if the owner or the condo association is responsible, but it need to be completely scraped and repainted. You never get a second chance to make a first impression! After we went in, the scene changed. The place was completely furnished, all the appliances worked, the AC was cold, the bed was fine, there was just nothing to complain about. The fact that there are only a few necessities in the kitchen and the tenant mostly has to bring their own supplies is a bit of a drawback, but we made it work just fine. And the view!!! The view of the ocean was great. We had a wonderful view and sat on the balcony watching the waves for hours! The walkway to the beach works great and there are two shower stations to wash off sand. I thought the check in process was a little cumbersome and could be much easier than it is, but we made it work. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property for a couple anytime!

Terrible place to stay

Liked nothing about it. Dull and dengue. Thin towels and sheets. Wall paper coming off wall in bathroom. Paint chips on all woodwork. Baseboards not dusted. No fitted sheet on bed. Just a mattres pad. Aweful
