Welcome to Sugar Beach! This wonderful 1 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit sleeps 4. The entire unit is very bright with updated furnishings throughout. Our family has enjoyed the Gulf Shores, Alabama area for years and we are so excited to share our condo with you. Our Gulf Shores condo is one of the most popular in the area. This oceanfront condo is located in the Sugar Beach complex and is steps away from the beach. *Please read construction information below before reserving.

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction happening in the lot adjacent to our complex. Our unit is located on the construction side. This has impacted our view and there is construction noise that can be heard throughout the day. We want to be up front about this, apologize for the inconvenience, and have reflected this in our pricing. We have stayed their recently and were still able to enjoy our condo. Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have regarding this.

This unit features1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The main level boasts an open concept kitchen and living area so everyone is part of the party! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite beach meal (or drink)! The living room has a sleeper sofa as well as a smart TV to unwind after a long day. The main floor bathroom has a shower and is perfect to rinse off in when you return from the beach and is located next to the washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find the king bedroom with attached bathroom. This open bedroom area has a large closet and private bathroom with a shower/ tub combo.

Sugar Beach complex boasts two beach side pools with amazing views a kiddie pool and a third pool in the middle of the complex - perfect for daytime sunning! Upon arrival, guest will need to pay $35.00 parking fee for length of stay for use of covered parking garage; this is a cash payment. This complex is in the perfect location right in between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and is close to Gulf Shores State Park. This location makes for a quiet beach, great shelling, and great access to all that the Gulf Shores area has to offer; restaurants and shopping is just minutes away.
