Pros: ground floor, patio door led straight to pool. Can see the beach out patio door. Excellent communication from host. Easy check in process. Cons: inside was dirty. Dust built up on the doors and trim. Paint peeling off bathroom ceiling. Mold around the shower.

We loved this first floor unit!!! Easy access to the beach !! The unit was clean and comfortable for our stay! Major bonus was to walk out the back door just to look at the beach, and when hauling in all our beach gear it stayed right on the back patio. The host was amazing even messaged us to tell us the unit was ready early if we wanted to check-in early !!

Great vrbo for my husband and I and 2 small kids. We loved being so close to the pool and beach. My only recommendation is to get some plastic (kid friendly) dishes. Hope to be back!!

The first floor unit is so convenient for families with young children that will inevitably be back and forth from the beach all day! The booking process was easy and communication was fast.

Room was very clean . Had to repair toilet. Shower handle is broken. TV is very small. Good location. Nice property, just needs some maintenance and TV upgrade. When the A/c unit kicks on it sounds like a helicopter is landing outside. It woke us every time it started.

This is a great place and was just right for our quick getaway. Everything was very clean!! It had everything we needed. Loved the location!! We especially loved it being ground level. It has a great little porch area with nice chairs that we really enjoyed sitting out on with a great view of the pool area and beach to the side. The host was wonderful to communicate with. So happy we chose this place!!

We were happy with host and condo- delivered as presented. Beach great and close.Only downside- we are golfers- near by courses were very pricey- and we are walkers- often not permitted.

Excellent accommodations at a great price with easy beach access. While condo faced the beach, you didn't really have a beach view on account of the dunes and greenery. A/C was super cold which was nice after a day in the heat. Loved having a washer and dryer for wet swim suits and towels before packing to head home. Would suggest the hosts provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag, but since it was communicated ahead of time I knew to bring more. A family of 3 will use more than 1 roll over 4 days. Overall, great little place that I would definitely stay at again and recommend to others.
