SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Seeking snowbirds to make this beautiful condo their home. Contact me for a specials offer.

This gated, beachfront complex is ideal for both quick getaways and extended vacations. Our condo features a loft-style layout with the bedroom and a full bathroom upstairs. On the main floor, you'll find a cozy sleeper sofa, another full-size bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.

The resort features 4 pools, including one kiddie pool and one heated pool, covered parking and a tennis court.

• Great location, variety of restaurants, from walking distance.
• Next to the Gulf State Park, and its 1,540 feet long fishing/sightseeing Pier.
• Next to Rosemary Dunes Trailhead which connects 28 miles of biking/hiking trails. Biking rental is across street from the condo.
• Covered parking and Free fast WIFI.
• Fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table
• Two Roku Smart TVs in guest mode allows guests to scream your own content.
• Snowbirds friendly -please contact the host.

No Smoking, No pets. HOA requires parking passes purchased on-site from the guard shack for $35 each, valid for the entire stay.

Room was very clean, easy access to beach. We went late October so we didn't use the pool. Loved that the parking was enclosed with security. This room doesn't have view of beach which didn't matter. Overall, would recommend to others.

Simple and Comfortable Stay

Nothing fancy — very basic, but exactly what we needed. We used the condo mainly to shower, sleep, and get ready, and it was clean, cool, and comfortable. The owners were friendly and responsive when needed. Great for a no-frills, stress-free stay.

it was a cozy little 2bath 1bed with a very smart use of space and even though we were on the street side we still had a beach view. great amenities on site and wonderful hosts. Can't wait to stay again

Perfect little getaway

Our little family took an impromptu vacation for a few days in early March. It was just perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children. Nice, clean, comfy and simple. The heated pool here was a really nice touch given the time of year. We can’t wait to return!!

Cold but comfy

Considering the weather we had a great time. Got in some shopping , ate at some great places. The purpose of this trip was to wind down and that is what we did.

Beach Gem

We had a 3 night stay at this condo & it was perfect for our small group. Kitchen had everything we needed (sans scissors though 🤔). Heated pool was so nice, as well as the other two pools. Balcony has a great view of Gulf Shores down the street. Loved loved loved that we could walk right onto the Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip

The property was very clean! 😊 It’s a very basic condo but that’s all we needed. The elevator was broken so we did have to carry luggage up 3 stets of stairs ( not the property owners fault) but should be mentioned because it could definitely be a selling point for some people.

Basic and no hot tub on site.

Listing said complex had hot tub (dose not have hot tub) and is one of my must haves when traveling. Complex is under construction which blocks the beach view balcony area and one of the elevators was broken. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.Condo has the basics, bath towels bedding and kitchen supplies. Doesn't have any extras like beach towels and chairs. Location to beach is great and the heated pool was nice for later evening swims.

Nice location In Orange Beach!

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway to the beach. The condo was in a great location and only about 7 miles from Flora Alabama. Since we were there for mullet toss, we didn't spend it anytime at our actual condo. As far as the pools and all that. Our condo itself was nice and roomy and clean. It was definitely a more affordable option than staying at a hotel. We will definitely be back!

Overall good experience

Property was nice. Fore warning there is construction going on directly out your window but my son loved it ha. Needs to have updated TVS in it, smart TVs preferably ie for Netflix etcc. The air conditioning vents didn’t have the tabs to adjust the air so the bathrooms were like an ice box while the rest was a moderate temp. Upstairs tv didn’t work for us period. Location was fantastic, check in process was seamless. I like the fact that it’s a keypad to enter the unit rather then a key. The pull out if being used for adults wouldn’t work, not sturdy enough. For the kids it was ok. For the most part it was clean, a bit of mold on the shower curtain easy to fix just need to address it with the cleaning company. The kitchen was designed well for a small space. I would stay at this property again, but unlikely this unit as it didn’t work for my family, for a couple it would be perfect. The owner was easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions promptly. Also note (not specific to this unit) there is a $30 parking fee for the stay that must be paid in cash. Over all we enjoyed our stay, the biggest plus was this unit was clean. I’ve stayed at beach rentals before and they were disgusting this one was far from that and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you may need. Hope this helps!
