This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Aruba unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable and cozy furnishings. It's just the place to relax and unwind here on the Emerald Coast! The kitchen is a cook's dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining area has seating for 4, and 4 extra places at the bar. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a 50" 4K HD TV in the living room for your entertainment. The Master suite offers a king size bed, and a queen in the guest bedroom, and both offer 50" televisions as well. "Sea-Esta" has direct access to the pool, as it is just across the street, and is just a short shuttle or bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Deer Lake State park has a $3 per day access fee.

The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot, and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one of fun, fitness and relaxation, including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas surrounding the poolside, and a fitness center. The Hub offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. The property was just as it's described online. The host was extremly responsive and helped us with several recommendations during our stay. We ended up at this property due to a last minute cancelation from our initial reservation and I'm so happy we did. I hope to stay in this property on my next visit!

30A VACAY!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home at The Prominence! This was our second time vacationing in the 30A area and we loved the location! It was so nice being across the road from the Hub! It is a really fun hang out place for the whole family! Also, we rode the bikes that were provided around the neighborhood almost every day we were there. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. We were able to drive it to the hub and to the beach access which was so nice! I absolutely loved the kitchen! It had everything we needed to cook with! The gas stove was a dream! We honestly didn’t want to leave the home because we loved it so much! I can’t say enough good things about it! We had the best week full of fun and sun! We made so many good memories and we would love to stay here again!!

Great Family Spot

There isn’t 1 thing I could find negative to say about the accommodations, location, cleanliness or amenities offered with this listing. My family of 4 was comfortable and we had a blast. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and the golf cart was perfect for us to get around. The location was great for casual dinners and nightly entertainment. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and all the small things were thought of. If you are on the fence, book it!!

Perfect getaway!

We loved this condo at Prominence so much. It was perfect for our family of 4. Just steps to the pool, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs/toys, and of course the golf cart. Everything worked perfectly and made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. My kids (3 & 6) loved the pool and close proximity to the Big Chill where we spent many evenings. Thank you Randell for an unforgettable trip! We will be back!

House was in a great location on 30A, across the street from The Hub. It was beautifully appointed and everything we needed was provided. Our teen granddaughters had a fun stay utilizing the pool, the bikes, and the golf cart. The owner, James, was very responsive to our questions both during and prior to our stay. The only caution I could provide is if you are traveling with children, access to the beach is an adventure as there is no parking the golf cart close to the public beach access. For us it was not an issue as we like to ride bikes and made trips with beach supplies on the golf cart, unloaded, then road the bikes back!

PERFECT

The unit was just as advertised, beautifully appointed right across from a spacious pool. The decor and furnishings were up to date and the place was super clean when we arrived. The development is centrally located within minutes to all the best 30A has to offer. Randell is a great host. He reached out to check on us, a day into the trip. We loved being able to pack up and get to the beach in the golf cart. Having beach supplies such as tents, chairs, and a cooler was just the finishing touch to make us stay again. Highlrecommend recommended. stayinhere!

Great location!

Loved our location. Clean & well stocked condo. About 40 yards to from the pool + golf cart was very handy for travel to the beach, which is about 2 miles in either direction. There is a park beach available half a mile away for $3 cart fee but it’s a bit of a walk over the sand dunes, which isn’t as convenient with kids. However, we went to both Sunnyside and Seagrove beaches and it was great. This was our 6th trip to 30A and definitely one of our favorite spots being right across the street from the Big Chill. Very accommodating hosts, thank you. Highly recommend!

We appreciated the host being very responsive upon arrival. The condo was fantastic! It was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. The master bathroom had a large walk-in shower with plenty of counter space. The golf cart came in very handy. Overall a great time.

Beautiful place. Fun area

Overall we had a great stay. We had a hiccup at check in with cleaning people not having place ready on time but Randall called me, apologized and took care of the inconvenience. Right next to the pool which was great for the kids. Big chill is right across street for easy golf cart ride to get coffee in morning or ice cream or lunch. Publix within 10 minutes for groceries. Plenty of restaurants, coffe shops, donut shops, ice cream shops near by. If you like seafood markets a few close by that are good such as Buddys. Inside of place was beautiful and well taken care of. We had no issues at all once we got settled in after the check in delay. Deer State park for beach access is golf cart ride away but if your like us and overpack then you can still take your vehicle there for $3/day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind being off the beach but close to a nice pool. It is a really nice neighborhood and everyone was friendly.

A beautiful property close to the best beach in the neighborhood!

My husband and I usually go to Maui but decided to give Florida beaches a shot. We were not disappointed in any part of our trip! James responded quickly to anything we needed throughout our trip. This condo is absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend it!

Week at prominence / 30a

One of the nicest Vrbo rentals we’ve stayed at, owner was very responsive and provided lots of suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed the bicycles and took several long rides along 30a. State park is just half a mile away, and prominence offers dining and shops across the street. It was our first time to 30a and would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our Expectations!

When we arrived, our girls’ jaws dropped because they felt so lucky to stay in this beautiful condo. The place was immaculate, the decor is tasteful, and the location was fantastic. We felt like we were in the middle of everything on 30A. Having the bikes and golf cart on-site was very helpful. When we arrived a bit early, we couldn’t get the code to work so we messaged the site owner/manager. He immediately called and gave us info that let us in. He checked back in after the first day which was nice. Having Big Chill across the street was perfect for our group to spend time. Our teens loved this place, especially the shopping. I don’t think we could come up with a complaint if we tried. We had the best time and the best stay! Thank you!
