Explore the vibrant seaside city of Long Beach with the beach cruiser bicycles. Return to the casa to recharge your group with a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or do some grilling in the enclosed patio area. Share your meal in the bright and breezy breakfast nook or in the elegant dining area with seating for 4.

Over 40 restaurants, movie theaters and shopping outlets are in the Shoreline Village/Downtown area just minutes away.

Race fans gather every April to enjoy IndyCar Racing and a great weekend experience at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach held less than 3 miles away in Shoreline Village.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash and recycling and place in appropriate outside trash bin(s) which are located in the alley behind the Casa. Black trash bin is for trash, and purple trash bin is for recyclable.
Wipe counters and table tops. Wash and dry dishes and put them away. Leave used bath towels in the bathroom on the floor next to the bathtub closest to the window.
Return all furniture, blankets, and other items to original location. If any item is missing or damaged please inform us immediately. Please send Brad a quick text on your way out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
