The location was amazing (we were steps away from the beach). Since this was our first trip to Long Beach we appreciated the proximity to everything. A nice bonus was the front yard patio where we spent quiet mornings reading and drinking tea along with the cozy kitchen nook where our family enjoyed breakfast.

This was the most charming stay! Beautiful Spanish style casa in a quiet and quaint street. Walking to the beach and restaurants. The landlords did not miss a detail in providing every detail for a comfortable and fun stay.

Nice space, good amenities. Outdoor patios were great for having morning coffee. Only feedback was that the AC would not cool, luckily weather was great and we just opened windows instead.

Brad’s Casa is a beautiful vintage property located on quiet one way street close to beach walking/riding paths and close walking distance to second street (filled with many wonderful restaurants). The kitchen was well equipped (but why cook when there are amazing places to eat!) Cute bistro table and grill in back, outdoor seating in front to enjoy the weather. I have never seen such a well equipped rental. Loved the place and Brad is very good about communicating. AC but with beach breeze at night not needed then.

Beautiful Beach House! We loved the uniqueness and history of the home. So clean and within walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed using the paddle boards and bikes available for use by the host. Perfect for our family of six!

My family and I had a very nice time. It is right next to the beach super accessible to anywhere you want to go. The binder with the places to eat and go were very helpful. It’s a great place to be right on the beach and it was only about 45 minutes from Disneyland.

Absolutely loved my stay! So close to so many food and bar options. Also Loved that our stay also provided bikes & paddles boards. It is a perfect stay for people who enjoy the beach and beach activities. Beds are comfy and the house is so homey you forget you don’t live there and never want to leave. Also water pressure in the shower is amazing! 10s across the board.

The place was adorable. Clean, nicely decorated. I loved the option to use the paddle boards but it was too cold for us in March. They also had bikes and beach chairs! The outside spaces with fountains were very peaceful. Our host was available if we needed anything. I will stay here again :)
