We loved Gina’s property! She had very clear instructions and made the stay seamless. The house was spotless in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to the best coffee and taco stand. I definitely recommend!

Great place, good location

This was a gorgeous house and exceeded the photos expectations. It is in the flight path of Long Beach Airport so was a little noisy but I’m from a more rural area of the US so was a little more jarring to me than would be for others. Great beds, easy instructions for our stay overall and for using the amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

This house is gorgeous, clean, and in a great area. We loved the pool and side yard for playing outside with the grandkids. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind, and responded to messages quickly. We will be staying here every time we travel to Long Beach to visit family.

Amazing property

This is an amazing property, and we would definitely stay again. It's centrally located to many attractions. Disney is about 30 mins away. The pool and spa, backyard area is amazing. The house is well appointed and stocked with things that you don't always get from rentals.

Great Holiday Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It looked just as pictured. It was close enough to get to most attractions we were interested in and cozy enough to relax if you didn’t feel like doing any thing. The only thing I would change is the area rugs. Didn’t feel they were needed and they were past their prime. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area or in need of a good staycation.

Beautiful house and pool

Perfect landing pad for our LA weekend. We had plans on opposite sides of town and needed something in the middle. This house was so comfortable and really provided the rest and relaxation we needed in our down time. Lots of toys for our kiddo and loved having all the extra space of a 3rd bedroom.

Magical Christmas

I stayed at this property last year for a wedding as it was in the neighborhood where I grew up. We were enchanted by the experience, so we booked it again for our 2023 Christmas back home. We brought our stockings and presents for the grandkids and had planned on buying a small Christmas tree locally, but Gina had already handled that and there was one in the living room. Can't complain about a thing. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Will stay again in the future, for sure

Great home in Long Beach

This home was spacious & could comfortably sleep 8. Open concept with living room/kitchen (there is a step down from hallway to living room). Very clean & all toiletries provided. Full size washer & dryer with laundry supplies provided. Games/kid toys. Beautiful backyard with nice pool & jacuzzi. Owner very nice & responds quickly. Lots of close shopping & food. Safe neighborhood. Only has street parking but was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Gina :)

Stunning Home Away from Home

The pictures do not do any justice to this property. We were pleasantly surprised. It is very modern, stylish,well furnished and super clean. Gina is a wonderful host. She quickly responded to our questions.She had stocked the property with everything we needed, shampoos,conditioners,soaps etc. We even found some honey! The patio is large with comfortable chairs and string lights. The heated pool with a spa was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs.The back yard is fenced in and very well manicured. The property is in a safe and convenient location, close to everything. We wanted to just stay at the property all day!We were 3 adults and 2 children. There were plenty of toys for the kids.Our stay was more than a 5 star experience! We will definitely be returning to Gina's place every time we visit California!

Beautiful Home and exceptional pool/spa

We stayed at this property with our adult children and daughter-in-law. I walked in the front door and immediately knew I had chosen the right place. Large custom kitchen open to the living area with the veranda and pool/spa outside the large sliding wall of patio doors. The veranda is where we spent most of our time playing games at the large table with comfortable chairs and outdoor sofa. The pool/spa was gorgeous with 3 different levels for every age along with seating inside the pool. Our favorite was the pool night lights controlled by the ipad which changed colors. The app also controls the heat in the spa/pool. I did pay to have the pool heated as the temps were high of 68 daily. Large laundry room which we used also. Bedding very comfortable with nice white linens. We all commented how dark the rooms were to sleep in. Master bath is luxury with a walk in shower. Kitchen is very large and well appointed. This is definitely an entertainment home for families. Plenty of room for all to spread out. The home decor was California casual modern. Very lovely! This home offers so much I cannot praise it properly. STay here you will not regret it! Melanie S

Long So Cal Weekend

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home while we were in Long Beach for an athletic competition. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was clean, the furnishings were nice and the pool was wonderful! Thank you for a lovely time - we hope to back again someday!

Beautiful home

Check in was easy, house was probably better then pictures showed. And Gina was super responsive to questions I had. I visited with 3 teenagers and a toddler and we had plenty of room and really enjoyed the pool! If we are ever in the Long Beach area again we will def stay here! Thank you Gina!

Beautiful getaway

Everything was great! Tons of accomodations including toys, pool floaties, beach toys, cooking utensils, shampoo, laundry soap. The only complaint was that the small playground outside was super dirty- my daughter was unable to use the slide because of multiple layers of dirt/grime. We couldn't use the washer and dryer because they were not working properly despite contacting the house cleaner to trouble shoot. The hot tub wasn't always hot but that was ok with us and our small kiddos. I would stay here again knowing the washer and dryer worked properly!
