We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a gated front 6patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run the dishwasher the night before you leave. We will hand wash any breakfast dishes.
Please leave all the bath towels and the beach towels in a pile in the kitchen before you leave.
Please text Steve at 626-255-6387 when you are leaving so we can get in and clean and refresh the house. Please let me know if anything needs fixing or replaced. Thank you and safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is only allowed in the front patio, with the front door closed.
Please do not un-plug the door (Nest) sensor, or your door code will fail, as soon as the battery back up runs out of power.

We had a fabulous time. Steve was there if you had any questions. He was there making sure everything was good. The parking is great for my family to visit. Its close to stores and restaurants. And most of all the beach is across the street. We have rebooked to come in the summer

Great little property! Having your own parking was wonderful, clean home with everything you need for a beach trip. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and minutes to beach. Steve was a wonderful host and communicated great when anything came up.

This is a beautiful home and property located in a great area of Long Beach/Belmont Shore/Peninsula/Naples Island. My wife grew up in this area and staying here put her back in the middle of all her favorite activities, places, and people--such a great stay. Steve is an AMAZING host--he communicates promptly, is very helpful, and even showed up with a vase of fresh flowers just after our arrival. Highly recommend this experience to others!

Great Location

Steps from the beach! It was a great place for our family who needed a place to relax after lots of sight seeing. The unit is well stocked and maintained. It took us 25 minutes to get to Disney from the unit!

We were in the area to attend a conference and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus sunsets over the water! comfortable beds, easy walk to 2nd street for food/shopping, laundry, parking, nice outdoor space -- highly recommended!

Great get away

We booked this property for some relaxing beach days with our grown children. Location was perfect for walks on the beach, quick walks to restaurants and shops. We had plenty of room and beds for our whole crew. Host was very available and communicated very well. Home was well kept up and relaxing. We would definitely ok again if in this area.

This place was perfect!!! We had a Blast hanging out on the Patio and being so close to the beach. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and Steve did something special that we didn’t expect. We went to use an umbrella on the beach and found that it had been left broken. I texted Steve to let him know and before I got back to the beach house there was a new one at the front door. Amazing guest service.
