Constat mitigé

Excellent accueil de la personne sur place. Par contre, la vétusté générale de la villa, voire la salubrité au sous-sol, ont un peu gâché l'ensemble. Vivement que des travaux de fond soit entrepris pour que le potentiel exceptionnel du lieu soit exprimé.

Grande maison très agréable avec 4 enfants

De beaux volumes pour la maison bien située près de la plage du Prieuré et proche du centre ville (une boulangerie à deux pas permet des petits déjeuners pain frais), le jardin est appréciable et pratique pour les retours de plage. Seul bémol une toute petite cuisine et peu d'équipements en casseroles, saladiers..., des armoires et tiroirs déjà encombrés et très poussiéreux qui ne permettent pas de ranger ses vêtements. Nous reviendrons surement. Cependant nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'authenticité de la maison.
