Our beautiful lakefront home was designed to make the most of its breathtaking setting, with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing spectacular water views throughout the main living areas. Whether you're planning a family reunion, girls' getaway, or relaxing vacation with friends, this spacious retreat offers the perfect place to gather and unwind.

New for 2026! We recently completed a major lower-level renovation featuring a brand-new lakefront family room with wall-to-wall windows, a king bedroom, and an additional full bathroom with a shower. We're always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experience.

With over 4,000 square feet of living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The open-concept main floor is perfect for spending time together while enjoying stunning lake views. Relax with a good book by the cozy electric fireplace in the living room, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a large range with a main oven and side broiler, an oversized commercial-style refrigerator and freezer, a new dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats 12, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.

The main level includes:

A lakefront king bedroom with beautiful views and an electric fireplace.
A queen bedroom that also serves as a home office, connected to the king bedroom by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a newly updated shower.
A second queen bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom.

Start your mornings on the spacious deck with coffee while watching the sunrise over the trees. Multiple covered and uncovered seating areas make it easy to dine outdoors, soak up the sun, or gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores. A propane grill is provided for outdoor cooking.

The newly expanded lower level is designed for fun and relaxation. Challenge the family to a game on the classic Pac-Man arcade machine, play darts, or unwind in the spacious family room overlooking the lake. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the covered hot tub, allowing you to enjoy it in any weather while taking in the lake views.

The lower level also features:

A new king bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom.
A queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring an updated corner shower.
A bunk room with access to a second full hall bathroom.

Situated on a spacious lot and a half, the property offers exceptional privacy with 122 feet of shoreline. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the hammock, swinging on the rope swing, or enjoying the peaceful waterfront.

The private dock includes a sand step-down entry into the lake, making it easy to swim or launch the provided kayaks and paddleboat (available seasonally). Fishing gear is available, and don't be surprised if you're visited by Lake of the Woods' resident swans while relaxing by the water.

Located within the gated Lake of the Woods community in Locust Grove, guests also have access to outstanding neighborhood amenities, including:

The community's gated entrance provides added peace of mind, with all visitors checked in upon arrival. Be sure to visit the popular Saturday morning flea market or enjoy Sunday brunch at the clubhouse. History enthusiasts will appreciate being just minutes from the Chancellorsville and Wilderness Civil War battlefields, while shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants are all conveniently nearby.

Every bedroom includes a flat-screen TV with cable. Bed linens are provided (beds are not made prior to arrival). Please bring your own beach towels for use at the lake, pools, and hot tub.
