Features five bedrooms - 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen, 1 Trundle (two twins; can convert to King), 1 Bunk (two twin with trundle)... plus a crib and blow-up mattresses if needed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please leave elevator on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
Lock doors, leave keys on the hook in the ground-floor foyer, and leave out the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Memorial Day - Labor Day we only rent 7 nights; Saturday to Saturday.
$250 will be taken from damage deposit if large furniture is moved. Please do NOT MOVE glass table.
$250 fee for sand or debris left in hot tub. Use outdoor shower first (rinse swim suits!) to avoid additional charge.

Perfect location for beach getaway

We loved our week here! A perfect spot for a multi-generation gathering from age 4 to 78. The location is so close to the beach (with lifeguards), but away from the real crowds at other beach accesses. The back deck overlooking the sound is magnificent. All the house amenities were a huge hit - fitness room, pool and ping pong tables, grill and paddle boards. We couldn't have asked for more.

We were there with 4 teenagers, a 10 yo, and three adults. Stormy week so beach time was limited. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find stuff to engage with: multiple tables for puzzles and games, multiple TVs, pool table. When the sun was shining we used the paddle boards, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Two adults were squeezing in a few hours of work each day and there were two ideal office spaces for that to get done.This was our second time staying there and would stay there again. The location cannot be beat and the sunsets from the back deck over the sound are amazing.

I have been renting with VRBO for over 15 years, and this is the most updated and stocked house we have been in. There is nothing in the house you could want that is not already there. Beautiful views of both the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is absolutely fantastic to deal with. VRBO had a technical glitch with the reservation, but owner reached out and made sure everything worked perfectly for our daughter's wedding. Constant communication with her for months to alleviate any fears from the technical glitch. Everyone should rent with an owner like this.
