Just steps to the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the famous Naples Pier, sunsets and Third Street South restaurants and shopping. Our residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers - comfort, location and a beautiful pool. What more is there! Multi-million dollar homes surround this quiet, restful spot in the heart of where Naples originated. Unpack your bags and head for the beach just across the street. Our family built this building, and we recently have taken over management. We own several suites at The Mariner, all of which have been beautifully updated to create a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.
Several options are available for our guests: a studio efficiency, and 2BD/2BA residences. If your dates do not appear to be available please let us know and we will try to accommodate you in the same building. We look forward to your stay here in the Mariner one block from the Gulf and Fishing Pier. We consider this PARADISE!

The Watson’s pioneered to Naples, Florida in the early 1940’s. The Mariner was built in 1966. Under the guidance of the matriarch of the family, three generations have been sharing the Naples' lifestyle that we live and enjoy everyday.
