Waterfront home: pool, dock, golf cart, kayaks, paddle board. This home has a private, zero-entry heated pool and dock (tie up your own boat or daily/weekly rental). 6-seat golf cart, 2-paddle boards, 2-sea kayaks, 6-bicycles and more are included. Two master bedroom suites with water views and soaking tubs plus a third bedroom with custom King Bed and Twin bunk beds. Two living areas also are each furnished with a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate a total of 12 people.

Great place to stay, especially for boaters

Our family had a great stay at the Ocean Dreaming home. The communication from the homeowner was excellent before and throughout our stay. The kids had a great time fishing from the dock and enjoyed the pool. If you’re a boater, this is a great location as the dock is really nice and the docking area is out of any wake zones and the home is very close to a public boat ramp. Also the bikes and golf cart are very nice touches for getting from the house to the beach. Overall was a great experience and hope to return soon.

Dena was amazing at communicating with me before and during the trip. The house was very clean and beautiful. Awesome pool with amazing views out the back. We enjoyed the golf cart and the kayaks immensely as well.

Easter vibes and sunny skies

We stayed at Indian Rocks Beach for one week over Easter weekend to spend the holiday with our three children (and two friends) - all of whom reside/study in Florida. Ocean Dreaming did not disappoint! This home is so well appointed with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation together. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we were able to prepare meals at home and enjoy gathering together inside or al fresco. My husband likes to grill and cooked several meals outside on the Blackstone Grill. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable for a good night rest. The family room is cozy and provided enough room for all seven of us to snuggle in for a movie night. We rented a boat for the week and were able to moor the boat alongside the dock safely. The pool and deck area were put to good use by our family every day. My husband and I even had a bonfire one evening after the kids had all returned to school. Paul is an excellent host! He is responsive to any and all questions to ensure a wonderful time is had by all:) We will definitely return to Ocean Dreaming if Indian Rocks Beach is once again our destination.

Great escape

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. No need to venture far, all we needed was right at the house - golf cart, pool, fire pit, kayaks and paddle board. We saw dolphins everyday, fished and just relaxed. Dena was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Great Location & house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and spacious. There were 5 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed hanging out on the dock too. Dena was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having the golf cart was awesome. 3 minute ride to the beach with designated so golf cart parking always available. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great low-key getaway spot

Booked Ocean Dreaming for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was just the right size for 6 ladies to fit comfortably. The location is at the end of a quiet street in IRB and the golf cart was a really nice amenity for getting to the beach or the mini mart (otherwise you definitely need a car). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics and the grill is nice. House is very clean! Dena is among the best hosts and is super accessible if you need anything. The pre-stay communication is terrific. Would stay again!

Everything you could want!

This house is big and beautiful! Plenty of room for a family. I liked that it had 2 master bedrooms and baths. Jacuzzi tub and comfortable beds. Right on the water, used the kayaks everyday. 4-5 bikes to ride and golf cart was super handy. Pool was warm. Dena was always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place! Nice neighborhood, fish market, shopping, and good restaurants within 10 minutes. Beech just a few blocks away. Thank you Dena, your were a pleasure!

I cannot say enough great things about this home! I hosted a girls' weekend here and this property went beyond our expectations. The location is perfect - just a short golfcart ride from the beach and IRB restaurants, as well as ~15 minute Uber ride from downtown Clearwater. We found that we spent the majority of our time enjoying the beautiful pool and fun outdoor activities (kayaking, paddle boarding, etc.). The home itself is beautiful - very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The host, Paul, and the property manager, Cheryl, were both so helpful and responsive. We had such a wonderful weekend - thank you!

Beautiful Location

We loved our stay at your home. This will be the third home we have rented in and around this area for our 2 week stay and by far our most favorite. The home is lovely, welcoming and very clean. We had everything you could possibly need for making our meals, going to the ocean and lounging at the pool. We would have liked to use the kayaks, but couldn't figure out how to get into and out of them so a bit disappointed with that and we didn't see Dolphins, however, we did just about every time we went to the beach. So over all great location and wonderful welcoming home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again!

Better than expected and we expected a lot!

If you think this looks too good to be true, you are wrong! It was exactly as described but even BETTER! We were 3 couples + one and all of us absolutely loved this property (and we are fussy travelers). The house was extremely clean, wonderfully decorated with comfortable beds. There is plenty of entertaining space inside and out. The golf cart and beach chairs were so convenient and we kayaked and paddle boarded off the dock with those provided. What more could you ask for? There are a few unexpected but much appreciated amenities as well. Dena, the owner, is extremely thorough in providing detailed information on the property. From check-in to check-out you know what to expect and do. We had some simple questions and she was always extremely quick to respond. You can tell that she takes great care and pride when she is sharing this home. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we arrived at Paul's beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach, we knew we were in for a treat. The house itself is a marvel, combining elegance with a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The standout feature for us was definitely the pool. It was pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect oasis to relax and cool off after a day at the nearby beach. The pool area was equipped with comfortable loungers and shaded areas, ideal for enjoying a good book or sipping a cocktail in the afternoon sun. Paul was an exceptional host, attentive and responsive as was Cheryl the wonderful property manager. The golf cart that was provided was awesome for getting around the neighborhood. The location of the home couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the serene beaches of Indian Rocks and minutes from great restaurants and shops. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and more, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was evident that Paul takes great pride in his home and strives to provide an exceptional experience for his guests. We left with many wonderful memories and look forward to returning to this beautiful property soon. Friends reunion

First of all, let me say that the house was immaculate and very modern in its design. There was plenty of space that 10 people did not bump into each other all the time and 3 large enough bathrooms that accommodated everyone easily. The proximity to the beach and the 3 mins golf cart ride to the beach was exactly what we needed. The house has an amazing and very large kitchen if cooking is your passion . The dining area was more than large enough to accommodate all 10 people to sit down and have a meal. The pool and the view for the sunrise and sunset over the water was absolutely amazing. Having the dock at the rear of the house where our boat Captain Tom and his buddy were able to pick us up for an amazing adventure was well worth it. Tom showed us an amazing time and I would recommend his fishing/dolphin cruise to anyone who enjoys being out on the water. The neighborhood and neighbors were all friendly as long as you respected this is their homes and not a vacation property. Dealing with the owner Dena was easy and simple from the beginning to the end. She was always very responsive and provided any information that you needed. It was certainly a pleasure renting her home and I thank her for that opportunity. Overall it was an amazing experience for some friends who do this every year and always have high expectations of our trips and this one certainly didn't disappoint.

Beautiful Home Disappoints Us

The property is decorated as pictured, linens were very good, the pool was great as was the availability of the golf cart. BUT...the WiFi didn’t work when we arrived and a phone call to Dena didn’t even leave us with an opportunity to leave a message as she was in Maine and her phone was dead. Captain Tom tried to help and I reached out to Dena via VRBO mailbox. That got resolved, but next the following: kitchen- frozen ice cube drawer. CaptainTom looked at it, but almost immediately, it continued to be frozen shut and Capt Tom said it was an ongoing issue. There was no BBQ lighter. Both ovens are not heating properly and both meals we cooked were undercooked and had to be microwaved to finish. Twin bedroom - beds are for kids not adults, and the worst I’ve ever not slept on, and there were no working lights in the room and the bathroom toilet has a broken flapper and runs unless you reach in the tank to adjust it. Downstairs Master bedroom - rear door is broke, broken, won’t open and the blinds are broke, broken, unusable. Beach equipment- we were able to put together two umbrellas to get one working one, beach chairs are rusted and broken and usable for children only. Some of our group were able to rent two chairs and an umbrella for $25 per day at the public beach. Kayaks- these are sit upon and launching them from the dock is impossible. Captain Tom’s boat trip was well enjoyed. Guppy’s was a fab restaurant but Friday nights are very crowded. Loved Cafe de Paris - great croissants! We rented electric bikes from Pedego Electric Bikes Dunedin at 924 Curlew Rd Suite 102, Dunedin and the six senior citizens in our group rode out to Honeymoon Island and then on the Pinellas Trail with lunch at Frenchies which I wouldn’t particularly recommend. I shared with Dena all the problems we had with the house, as per her request. I count on VRBO reviews when I make my reservations, so sorry Dena ... you need to fix stuff, advertise honestly, and manage your house better, especially by being readily available like other VRBO property managers I’ve rented from have been.

Really wonderful stay. Great communication and really lovely neighbors, Thank you Paul for accommodations that were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our family enjoyed the pool in the later afternoons after our boat day and the golf cart for beach access was a nice treat. The boat dock was nicely built and fit our 27’ boat without issue. So much fun. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay in May!

We have visited this area the past few years primarily for fishing, which my son, husband and father love. We very much enjoyed this beautiful property while visiting this year! The property was well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed while there - the kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels and linens. The views and pool are lovely. My family and I vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach during 2018 winter and loved it so much we purchased this beautiful home for a family vacation retreat. Eventually, we plan to enjoy it full time.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it has a fabulous location in IRB. It's on the Intracoastal and is only a 5+ minute golf cart drive to fabulous Gulf of Mexico beaches. We love the meticulous care taken in the renovation of the home, pool and dock. This home is perfect for swimming in the pool, boating, combing beaches and an evening out at IRB's restaurants.

What makes this property unique

When we vacationed this year, we had IRB's best boat captain show us the area. We parked our car the first day and traveled primarily via boat to restaurants, beaches and an evening concert in Clearwater. We went fishing, wake surfing and on dolphin and sunset cruises. We want visitors to enjoy the area as much as we did. The boat dock allows for rentals to be tied up, paddle boards or kayaks to be launched or you can rely on the same boat captain that introduced us to the area. Please don't hesitate to message for details. The fun factor is why we purchased this piece of paradise.
