Waterfront home: pool, dock, golf cart, kayaks, paddle board. This home has a private, zero-entry heated pool and dock (tie up your own boat or daily/weekly rental). 6-seat golf cart, 2-paddle boards, 2-sea kayaks, 6-bicycles and more are included. Two master bedroom suites with water views and soaking tubs plus a third bedroom with custom King Bed and Twin bunk beds. Two living areas also are each furnished with a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate a total of 12 people.

Really wonderful stay. Great communication and really lovely neighbors, Thank you Paul for accommodations that were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our family enjoyed the pool in the later afternoons after our boat day and the golf cart for beach access was a nice treat. The boat dock was nicely built and fit our 27’ boat without issue. So much fun. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay in May!

We have visited this area the past few years primarily for fishing, which my son, husband and father love. We very much enjoyed this beautiful property while visiting this year! The property was well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed while there - the kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels and linens. The views and pool are lovely. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the best time staying at the Ocean Dreaming home! We loved being a short drive from the beach, enjoying cooking on the blackstone, lounging in the pool or just hanging around the house! Great place to stay, especially for boaters

Our family had a great stay at the Ocean Dreaming home. The communication from the homeowner was excellent before and throughout our stay. The kids had a great time fishing from the dock and enjoyed the pool. If you’re a boater, this is a great location as the dock is really nice and the docking area is out of any wake zones and the home is very close to a public boat ramp. Also the bikes and golf cart are very nice touches for getting from the house to the beach. Overall was a great experience and hope to return soon.

Great escape

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. No need to venture far, all we needed was right at the house - golf cart, pool, fire pit, kayaks and paddle board. We saw dolphins everyday, fished and just relaxed. Dena was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

My family and I vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach during 2018 winter and loved it so much we purchased this beautiful home for a family vacation retreat. Eventually, we plan to enjoy it full time.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it has a fabulous location in IRB. It's on the Intracoastal and is only a 5+ minute golf cart drive to fabulous Gulf of Mexico beaches. We love the meticulous care taken in the renovation of the home, pool and dock. This home is perfect for swimming in the pool, boating, combing beaches and an evening out at IRB's restaurants.

What makes this property unique

When we vacationed this year, we had IRB's best boat captain show us the area. We parked our car the first day and traveled primarily via boat to restaurants, beaches and an evening concert in Clearwater. We went fishing, wake surfing and on dolphin and sunset cruises. We want visitors to enjoy the area as much as we did. The boat dock allows for rentals to be tied up, paddle boards or kayaks to be launched or you can rely on the same boat captain that introduced us to the area. Please don't hesitate to message for details. The fun factor is why we purchased this piece of paradise.
