Your family will love the open concept main floor, perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a day at the beach. Walk to some of the best local spots, including the popular fine dining restaurant (Catch 22), the delicious frozen yogurt shop (Mr. Norm's Nephew) and enjoy the best butter tarts in town (Grandma's Beach Treats).



The space

1 minute walk to Wasaga Beach #3. Our 3 story brand new home provides the space you're looking for with an open concept floor plan for hanging out! 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed with a stunning ensuite bathroom with soaker tub. 2 full baths and 2 half baths throughout the house. Enjoy cozy movie nights in the second of two of living spaces with a walk out backyard and 60 inch tv (main living space and master bedroom feature tv’s as well). BBQ located off the back deck. The house comes stocked with all linen, coffee, tea, towels, beach chairs, wifi, cable, gas BBQ and more! The home is tucked away on a quite street. Easy walk to the beach - perfect for little ones.

Very nice and clean house close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Val and Jesse's place. The house is exactly like the pictures, very clean, lots of space. We were 6 people (4 adults and 2 little kids) and we had plenty of room. There's 2 full bathrooms and 2 half. It is really a short 2 minutes walk to the beach, it was the perfect location for our family vacation. The hosts were very nice, communication was quick and easy and the house was furnished with everything to make our stay memorable. We definitely want to come back! Thanks again!.

Beautiful home. Great location. Just missing a bit of extra at that price. Bare minimum amount of dishes, towels, etc. Poorly working fridge & dishwasher. Easy fix and I am sure the owners will remedy to these inconveniences. Great communication with them.

Beautiful coast-themed home steps to the beach

We had a great stay, no one wanted to leave, especially the kids. More than enough space for our family of 4. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach (5 min with our little ones haha). Our host was very gracious, accommodating, and was very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, Modern Home steps away from the beach!

We stayed at Val's place for 3 nights and had the best time! The beach house is beautifully decorated and has every convenience you could ask for. We loved the spacious, open design, and the comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our family of five. The beach was 2 minutes away and we enjoyed long walks and outdoor meals in the stunning setting of Wasaga Beach! Best sunsets ever! Val was incredibly generous and helpful - she left treats for us and a kind welcome note. In addition, I contacted her a couple of times about restaurant recommendations and other things and her suggestions were spot on! This was a fabulous experience for us and we will definitely be back! Thank you Val!

Lovely new home close to the beach

Very clean and well maintained new townhouse located close to the beach. A short distance to Collingwood and Blue Mountain which provided lots of options for activities and restaurants. The homeowner Val was great to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely stay at this house again!!!

Spacious, new, and close to the beach!

Seashell Beach House is a great property for a family vacation, located right by Beach 2. The house is very open concept, with plenty of space for everyone. Everything we needed for the stay was provided for us. Its a short walk to some of our favorite Wasaga shops and restaurants. And we hope to return to the same stay next summer for vacation again.

Maison de plage spacieuse

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est propre, spacieuse et confortable. La plage est à deux minutes de marche de l'area 3 de Wasaga Beach. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés. Un endroit parfait pour la famille. Crèmerie et Grandma's Beach Treats à quelques minutes à pied. Délicieux! Et que dire des couchers de soleil sur la plage! Les enfants ont adoré. Toute la famille a passé un agréable séjour. Merci Val et Steve! Nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner.

After renting in Wasaga Beach for 20+ years...we were spoiled. Then the owner sold the cottage and we had to find a new place to continue our family vacation tradition. Luckily for us, we found this amazing home just a few streets away! All that we could ask for and more! Close to the beach, uber styled, exceptionally clean and very nice owners. Awesome beach Townhouse!

Val is a perfect hostess! The Seashell Beach House is everything she says it is! Val responds to questions immediately and takes care of any minor concerns immediately! The accommodation is clean and well maintained. Just arrive relax and enjoy! The Seashell is located less than 5 minute walk to Wasaga’s Beach 3 in the provincial park. Spend your day enjoying a quieter part of Wasaga Beach then return in the evening for the awesome sunset! Will we return? You bet it’s s great place to spend time at the beach! Gerry Nat & Megan

We spent a wonderful time in Wasaga beach in that nice house. The beach was really 2 mins walk from the house so it was perfect for the family! We will surely come back!

Highly recommended property! One of the best I have had the pleasure to stay in recent memory. The Wasaga Area was amazing, great beaches and places to enjoy with family. Very easy check in process. Awesome communication with the hosts. Well decorated. All the amenities that one would expect and very clean. Very much recommended for large families. However, as always, do your best to leave it preserved so others may enjoy the same quality as you found. Just my two cents! Cheers! Thanks for letting us stay!

Lovely home, well maintained! Loved our stay here and would book again. Only potential issue is that there are lots of stairs so maybe not a good choice for elderly or people with mobility limitations. Beach vacation to remember

Photos of this property do not do it justice. Such a stunning home with stunning decor. When we walked in we could smell how clean, not a speck of dust, we brought my 11 month old son and he was so comfortable and crawling all over with no worries of any germs. There are 2 tv room spaces so it was great for people who wanted to lay down and watch different programs. Not even a 1 min walk to the beach. Steps to ice cream shop which we visited every night lol. In addition to the beautiful and comfortable accommodations, Val was beyond a pleasure to deal with. Every email inquiry was answered immediately and with kindness. I look forward to renting here again next year !!
