All amenities including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable, VHS/DVD, TVs, porch, balcony, gas grill. Game area and much, much more!

Decorated by a renowned interior decorator. Community has a pool, pond, and fountain. So much to do and see, you will want to rent for 2 weeks!

Okay Property - Deceptive Host

Family enjoyed a week in Rehoboth area in early August, some of the amenities in this spacious townhome were nice, including the pool, however the host lied by first agreeing to discount the listed price by $150.00 and claimed that Vrbo would handle after the week was over, never happened. Another lie with the listed "expanded cable," downstairs set only had several local channels, host claimed that she would notify cable company, never did. The bedroom set was an old Phillips model that wouldn't turn on, so entertainment was dreadful. Propane bottle for grill was empty and had to be refilled. Do yourself a favor and avoid this home, there are better options and pricing elsewhere.

Nice place to stay. Close to beaches and shopping. Fairly priced. All amenities as described. Nice master suite on third floor.
