Around the corner from Magnolia’s Hillcrest Estate, Lu’s Place is a charming brick colonial in a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood that you’ll have all to yourself. Dine in with a fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy refreshments on the gorgeous patio. 3 TVs for streaming your favorites and all the amenities.

Great for kids and pets, Lu's Place features a large fenced backyard, pack n play (just ask), playhouse and lots of balls!

The space
Lu’s Place sleeps 6 adults comfortably in the three bedrooms. A pack n play, couch and queen air mattress allow for up to 8 adults and two child (though really more comfortable for 6 people and under).

The home was even nicer than the pictures!! The large backyard was fantastic for our pups and we really enjoyed sitting in the covered deck. Convenient location, not necessarily walkable to things but just a quick 5min drive to get you by all the action. Would highly recommend!!

The house was clean and fully equipped. Coffeemakers , great toaster etc. all of the drawers had stickers indicating what was in them. The Television works perfectly and it was nice to be able to watch more than just local news. The air conditioning was awesome. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay there again !

The house was perfect. We had just gotten a little dog and didn't want to put him in a kennel for the three days. The backyard was fantastic for him to run and play in. The host was so gracious to answer our questions and fix anything . Loved the location and will try to rent the same place next year. Thank you for the perfect house to stay in.

This is perfect house, spotless and accommodating. We totally enjoyed our short stay. Thanks for the Roku access to our favorite channel, Real America's Voice. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was close. Great hospitality!

Very clean and comfy! Well stocked kitchen! Great outdoor space for kids and dog! Our Yorkie was able to get out under the fence though, but she is tiny! Host was very accommodating to our change in plans! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Lou's place! 2 Adults, 2 pre-teens and a blue heeler in my crew and we had plenty of room. I prefer staying in homes vs a hotel because of the cozy atmosphere. Lou's place felt like I was staying the weekend at my grandparents' house! If you like to cook this vrbo house is perfect for you, It has plenty of kitchen gadgets, cookware and tableware to make light work of your vacation family meals. The hosts were great, checking in and out were a breeze with amazing communication and I really apricated that I could bring my dog on our last-minute mini vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone, but I think it would be perfect if a person in your group has a wheelchair. The hallways, doorways and bathrooms are spacious enough to maneuver it with ease. Being in the hospitality industry I can get a little judgy. I HIGHLY recommend this property and plan to stay again next time we are in Waco!!
