Country house 125 m2 on one level with a large kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, laundry room and dressing room.
The yard and garden are closed, the back is open on fields.

Outside the garden furniture awaits you with barbecue, petanque and bicycles available.
Inside the main living room is the kitchen of 30 m2 fully renovated in 2014, with its 10 seats campaign table and piano 5-burner stove 3 ovens. The dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave are included.


Well situated to enjoy the beaches and visit the moors and the Basque country, 10 minutes from DAX, 30 minutes from the beach, 1 hour from Spain, 1 hour and a half from the Pyrenees.

Excellent séjour au Guirlé

Très belle ferme landaise restaurée avec goût, qui propose tout le confort nécessaire. Les pièces sont grandes, les salles de bains équipées de douches modernes, la literie bien confortable, tout est très propre, bref rien ne manque. Il y a un terrain de boules ainsi qu'un trampoline dans le jardin pour distraire les enfants. A noter un très grand centre commercial à 4 km bien appréciable. Tous nos remerciements à Patrick notre hôte, très sympathique et accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardive.

Top ausgestattetes und gelegenes Haus!

Das Haus liegt wunderbar, um in Frankreichs Süd-Westen Urlaub zu machen! Dazu kommt, dass das Haus hervorragend ausgestattet ist, offensichtlich gerade frisch renoviert wurde und für alle reichlich Platz bietet. Dadurch dass das Gelände komplett eingefasst ist, konnte auch unser Hund den Aufenthalt genießen, ohne dass die ganze Zeit jemand auf ihn aufpassen musste. Da fahren wir gerne und jederzeit wieder hin!

Excellent séjour au Guirlé !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison landaise restaurée avec goût et de magnifiques matériaux ( mention spéciale pour les 2 salles de bains superbes et l’immense cuisine si agréable en famille) Literie très confortable, maison très spacieuse, jusqu’au dressing ! Vivement notre prochain séjour au Guirlé :)

Un havre de paix

Maison spacieuse, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien ne manque (6ème étoile pour la petite baignoire gonflable pour laver l'enfant de moins de 2 ans). Jardin et parking spacieux. Propriétaire fort sympathique, que je remercie pour le petit cadeau de départ (un pastis landais délicieux).

Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigen Garten

Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigen Garten, Top Ausstattung, in ruhiger Lage. Bei kleinsten Fragen oder Problemen, ist sofort jemand vor Ort da. Super Schlachter, eigentlich schon Feinkostladen, zu fairen Preisen. Toller Bäcker. Auch eine Apotheke oder Zahnarzt. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, glaubt man vielleicht bei einem so kleinen Ort nicht. Auch eine kleine Post. Alles was da fehlt gibt es in dem schönen Dax, mit dem Auto in 10 MInuten entfernt. Wem das nicht reicht kann nach Bayonne fahren. Ein Auto sollt man haben, um die schönen Strände zu sehen, oder ein Ausflug in in die Pyrenaen zu machen. Wenig Stechmücken oder Wespen, dennoch wären Moskitonetze, vielleicht das einzige, was das Haus noch grandioser machen würde.

Geweldig huis op perfecte locatie

Huis was geweldig. Zeer net huis met ruime tuin. Woonkeuken erg fijn om te koken en te zitten. Locatie is erg geschikt om te wandelen, naar de zee te gaan of een dagje Spanje aan te doen. Zeer aardige eigenaar die er meteen voor je is. Tuin is erg aangenaam en compleet met BBQ en zitjes. Wij hebben het hier met 2 volwassenen en drie kinderen erg naar ons zin gehad. Onze week hier is voorbij gevlogen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit viel Platz

Das große alte Bauernhaus ist frisch renoviert und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst, die Riesenküche mit dem tollen Herd machen Spass.2 Bäder sind sehr sinnvoll. Die Lage ist gut, nur die Nähe zur Strasse ist manchmal etwas störend gewesen. War für uns aber kein Problem. Die Nähe zum Bäcker war sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter Patrick ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit Von uns klare Empfehlung.

Très belle maison, on reviendra!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est pensé pour passer un très bon séjour. La literie est neuve ce qui est très appréciable. La cour est fermée ce qui permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité. Très bon contact du propriétaire.

maison très spacieuse, bien équipée, propriétaire à l'écoute des éventuelles remarques, jardin agréable. Le seul bémol est la proximité de la voie rapide un peu bruyante quand on est dans le jardin. Sinon maison très bien insonorisée. Notre séjour fut très agréable.

Excellent contact, très belle location !!! Prix plus que correct pour la prestation. Maison typique des Landes refaite avec soin. Grande et belle cuisine tout équipée, magnifiques salles de bains. A 5 minutes de Dax et 20 minutes de l'Océan par la voie rapide. A recommander.

nous avons apprécié cette maison au calme, bien situé, totalement rénovée. les propriétaires sont très sympa et ils font leur maximum pour que les locataires passent un agréable séjour. la région est magnifique si l'on sait apprécié les produits locaux. les pièces sont bien agencés et très bien décorés. le seul point négatif concerne la literie pas assez ferme a mon gout.
