About this property

Renovated Landes house in wooded grounds.

Landaise farmhouse renovated in a wooded park of oaks, cork oaks, chestnut trees, maples, bamboos.
Semi detached with the owners, without opposite. Entrance and private parking.
New 2016 manufactured with our hands: the trailer room, optional (180 € per week, in addition to the house, no rental only).
It does not increase the capacity of the house, which remains 9 people maximum but it offers beautiful nights to admire the stars, thanks to its transparent sunroof.
Bed 140, separable into two berths.
New 2017: we have just completed the construction of a small shop where we present our creations.

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Dany ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin.Immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas benötigt und doch nie aufdringlich. Die Umgebung und das Haus ist super für Familien mit mehreren Kindern geeignet.Die Kinder haben eine riesigen Garten, wo man sie einfach raus schicken kann ohne ständig aufzupassen, da es keine Straßen drum herum gibt und das Grundstück auch abgegrenzt ist. Der Strand ist ca. 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt in Soustons und ein Paradies. Wir haben es wirklich sehr geliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke an Dany für die tollen Tipps. Maison très agréable pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au gîte. La maison et la terrasse sont très agréables (sachant que nous y étions pendant les quelques jours de canicule !) et la maison est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont à côté ce qui est très pratique si l'on a un souci, mais l'organisation des lieux permet de préserver l'intimité de chacun. Merci beaucoup à Dany pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Schönes, charmantes älteres Ferienhaus. Landhaus - Filmambiente. Als ob man in sein eigenes Ferienhaus käme. Die fantastisch ausgestattete Küche wartet auf französische Kochkunst. Schöner großfamiliärer Essplatz sowohl drinnen als auch auf der Terrasse. Mehrere Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ideal für größere Familien. Reizende hilfsbereite Vermieter im angrenzenden Haus. Halten sich diskret zurück, sind aber jederzeit ansprechbar.

Nous avons accueilli nos enfants et petits enfants pour Noël 6 adultes et 2 petits-enfants Maison atypique, chaleureuse, accueillante Tout est prévu pour passer un moment hors du temps La terrasse nous a permis de prendre l air autour d un verre le midi de Noël, le poêle a fonctionné tout le séjour. vacances rêvées !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette superbe maison qui respire le bien-être. Le terrain est grand, ombragé pour garder la fraîcheur l'été et lumineux pour se sentir en vacances. La maison est très agréable ; elle est très bien équipée à tout point de vue (cuisine notamment, ce qui n'est pas évident !) et garde très bien la fraîcheur, même en plein mois d'août. La situation est vraiment chouette, très proche des commodités et plusieurs plages à découvrir ainsi que l'étang de Léon. Nous avons pu vadrouiller dans plein de villages découvrir plein de choses. Nous y avons tous passé, petits et grands, des vacances inoubliables. Dany et Laurent sont très accueillants et toujours aux petits soins, sans jamais être envahissants. Merci beaucoup, de notre part à tous.

Le charme de l’ancien

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, les équipements sont adaptés (le sèche-cheveux bien pratique!) et la maison possède beaucoup de jeux et de livres pour les enfants. Le gîte n’est pas trop loin des plages donc très pratique !
