You will also be required to pay for a cleaning every 30 days along with the cleaning that is already scheduled after your stay.
Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try and accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
WINTER MONTHS

In the case of extenuating circumstances, such as full road closures for more than 4 hours and other uncomfortable situations, we will happily work with you to resolve issues with your booking and make sure we find a favorable solution. If you are unable to make it to the home due to these extenuating circumstances (and that is communicated with us during your travels and verified by our team), we will happily credit your stay to a future weekend (excluding holiday weekends).
