Risky Business is a 3 bedroom/2 bath beach house just steps from the beach. Recently remodeled with new appliances, decor, bedding, and paint throughout, you don’t want to miss the ocean views from the living and dining rooms of this fabulous beach house. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this second tier Home is only a few steps from the crystal blue water of Fort Morgan with no busy streets to cross. The master bedroom features a king bed, huge walk in closet, en suite bathroom with double sinks, toilet, and walk-in master shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the kids room has a single over double bunk bed with a trundle to sleep four people. These rooms share a hallway bathroom with sink, toilet and bath/shower combo. The large open kitchen/dining/living room has ocean views from every window. Enjoy the views from the front covered porch or open back porch with nice outdoor furniture. Covered parking is located underneath the house, as well as a grill and outdoor furniture for your convenience.

Amazing!!

Everything with beach house was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Make the drive to GT’s and Cobalt for food. Delicious!! Hangout was good. Lulu’s, Sassy bass and tacky jacks was borderline dog food for $150+

Beautiful beach house

This home is very cozy and had ample space for our family with small children. The kitchen and dining areas are plenty big and even has a place for outdoor dining where the kids enjoyed eating the most. Comfy beds and couch. Very close to the beach.

Perfect Beach House

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house is pristine and beautiful. Easy access to a quiet beach on Ft. Morgan. Close to fishing charters and Ft. Morgan marina. 100% recommend. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Nice house on the beach

We stayed in September 2020 and we had a great time. The house is literally on the beach . Communication with owner/ property manager was quick and easy. Very private with views on east and west. I can recommend this property to friends and family

Easy beach access

Stayed for a week and loved it! The house was very clean and comfortable. It is a one minute walk to the beach, and when we weren't on the beach we were enjoying the porches on the house. Would stay here again!

Beach house was clean and plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby. Location was quiet and not crowded. The best part was how close it was to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

AMAZING RENTAL

After looking for weeks through different rentals and companies in the area I am beyond happy that we chose this one. It is as close to being on the beach as you can get, and if you have kids this rental is PERFECT for that!! I'm not sure which our kids loved more - the bunk beds or being so close to the water! If you are looking for a rental that's away from the strip and craziness this is it!! Its a bit of a drive into town, but the private beach (which isn't crazy busy), night sky, and quiet is WORTH IT!! House was spotless, kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook in, property management was helpful and professional, and the owners were extremely quick on responding when we had a question! ZERO complaints!! We will 100% rent again!!

Risky Business More than a 5⭐️

The place was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, bedding was comfortable, kitchen was well filled with supplies, the front and back porches were used and very relaxing. The walk to the beach was very minimal. Overall experience was superior ! My family was extremely pleased with the place and the owners correspondence. More than a 5⭐️ stay!!!!! Had a blast!

Great beach getaway.

What an easy way to travel! The owners sent us a message a month or so ahead of our check in date with all the details we needed for our stay. House rules, check in/check out info, directions, nearby restaurants, etc. Excellent communication. The beach house was nicely remodeled fairly recently. Beautiful inside and out. The beach was a very short walk away, and is much less crowded than the areas near the high rises. I couldn’t ask for anything to be improved upon.
