Sehr zu empfehlendes Appartement für Skifahrer. Perfekte Lage des Komplexes: vom Skiraum geht es direkt auf die Piste mit Zugang zum riesigen, wunderschönen Skigebiet. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Appartement ist im Preis enthalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küchenecke reichhaltig ausgestattet. Hervorragender Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber auch schon nach der Buchung. Man erhält ein Paket mit ausführlichen Informationen über die Ferienwohnung und den Ort Belle Plagne. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar!

Appartement très bien situé , ski aux pieds et prés des commerces, fonctionnel , très agréable et chaleureux , meublé avec beaucoup de goût ! Superbe vue ! Propriétaire très gentil , à l'écoute et faisant tout pour que nous soyons bien ! Si nous revenons à La Plagne, nous reviendrons dans cet appartement sans aucuns doutes. C’est déjà la troisième fois que nous étions dans cet appartement. En terminant notre séjour nous n’avons pas perdu notre temps pour le réserver une quatrième fois en 2021. Les circonstances de l’appartement sont très favorables : Bon état, pas bruyant, belle vue, le garage souterrain inclus, le ménage de fin inclus, skis aux pieds, mais surtout un propriétaire très sympathique qui s’occupe sérieusement et discrètement toute suite soutenu par une conciergerie. Donc on est bien tombé.

Great property, great location right on the slopes

Very good communication from Christophe with lots of useful information prior to our arrival. The apartment was well equipped and very clean,exactly as shown and described in the advert. The apartment location is perfect, with easy ski in ski out access right on to a blue slope. All in all a great apartment in a great location. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Cet appartement est réellement idéalement situé, départ skis au pied assuré même en avril ! Entièrement conforme au descriptif, bien équipé, conciergerie pour état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, et le plus, bien appréciable, une place de parking couvert et le ménage en fin de séjour !!! A recommander sans hésitation. Et merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité et pour le "book" détaillé que l'on reçoit avant notre départ en vacances. Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement fonctionnel et bien pensé . Tout confort avec une vue magnifique et dégagée .Nous y retournerons avec plaisir d'autant plus que le propriétaire assure une relation et un suivi remarquable de la location. Casier à ski ( petit pour 4 mais on y arrive !) avec accès direct à une piste qui permet de descendre vers Bellecote. L'accès aux commerces, situés un peu plus haut , se fait facilement par le parking souterrain accessible via l'ascenseur de la résidence. ( 5 min ) Belle Plagne a réellement beaucoup de charme, dispose d'un centre avec de nombreux petits commerces et l'arrivée de Deep nature permet détente et bien être pour l'après ski !

Déjà la deuxième fois nous avons habité ce bel appartement aux pieds des pistes. Il est bien entretenu et propre. L’appartement et les prestations sont identiques à la description. Vue superbe. Animaux non admis, ce qui est très sympa. Parking souterrain accessible par ascenseur/couloir dans le bâtiment. Merci au propriétaire pour la gentille communication, son accompagnement dès notre réservation, sa disponibilité, les réponses rapides et la manière sérieuse. Merci aussi à la conciergerie pour sa ponctualité et son professionnalisme. Rentrée hier et déjà en train de réservation : Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec plaisir.

Christophe was a very good host and was efficient with emails and contracts etc. His ppt slides helped with pre-visit information, very good touch. The apartment was well maintained and clean, concierge service was very good and helped with arrival and departure. The beds were comfortable, rooms well decorated and space worked well. kitchen facilities were very good with space and equipment to self cater comfortably. lots of hot water and comfortable seating. Only small thing was, that we had to go out and buy a hairdryer from local Spar but we managed. Its probably the only thing I could offer as corrective feedback, everything else was great. 5 star.

Komfortables Appartement in mittelgroßem Haus, wohnen direkt an der Piste, alles sehr korrekt

14 Tage vor dem Urlaub meldet sich per Email der Besitzer des Appartements bei Ihnen. Er schickt eine Beschreibung (Book) mit wichtigen Hinweisen auf Englisch (bei Wunsch auf Französisch). Vor Ort gibt es einen Betreuungsdienst, ein Mitarbeiter meldet sich 10 Tage vorher per SMS auf Englisch. Mit der so erhaltenen Mobiltelefonnummer können Sie bei Bedarf schon während der Anfahrt in Englisch/Französisch mit ihm kommunizieren. Bei Ankunft müssen Sie die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage finden. Entgegen der Angabe "Parking AVAL" im Book müssen Sie den Hinweisschildern "Parking BAS" folgen. Um den Gepäcktransport kurz zu halten, sollten Sie in der Tiefgarage unmittelbar am Hauseingang "Quartz" parken. Ansonsten sind Sie frei in der Parkplatzwahl. Ihr Betreuer nimmt Sie in Empfang, erläutert Ihnen das Appartement. Schönes Zweizimmerappartement in gutem Zustand. Es ist praktisch eingerichtet mit Küchenzeile im Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne (in dieser höhenverstellbarer Duschkopf mit Glasduschabtrennung), getrenntem WC. Der Balkon schaut auf die 2 Etagen tiefere Piste. Separates Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten 2 m x 0,8 m. Lassen Sie sich das Ausziehen des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer auf 2 m x 1,6 m vom Betreuer direkt vorführen. Kochwerkzeug, Geschirr, Besteck ist ausreichend, so dass Sie die Spülmaschine einigermaßen gefüllt laufen lassen können. Spülmaschinentabs mitbringen. Filterkaffeemaschine, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Kochendwasserbereiter vorhanden. Die Piste läuft direkt am Haus vorbei. Ski aus dem verschlossenen Skispint im verschlossenen Skiraum geholt, aus der Skiraumtür getreten, 15 m Hausgang und schon sind die Ski angeschnallt und die Fahrt geht los. Gute Liftanbindung. Mittags ist der Einkehrschwung ins eigene Heim ein Klacks. Bei der Begrüßung erhält man ein „Kit“ mit 2 Müllsäcken, 3 Spülmaschinentabs einem Küchenschwamm mit Scheuerseite, Handspülmittel, Reinigungsmittel und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Vor der Abfahrt machen Sie den Abwasch, entsorgen den Müll, putzen die Küchenzeile. Das große Putzen wird gemacht. Bei evtl. Problemen helfen Ihnen gerne der Dienst und/oder der Besitzer. TV Gerät vorhanden. Alles oben Beschriebene ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Die günstigste Möglichkeit, ergänzend an einen WLAN Anschluss zu kommen, bietet Pierre & Vacances. Sie kaufen ihn online per Kreditkartenzahlung für 15 €/Woche. Von der Anzeige, über den Vertragsschluss, die Betreuung vor Ort bis zur Rückzahlung der Kaution geht alles sehr korrekt zu.

Appartement très fonctionnel et super bien placé, au pied des pistes. La Plagne est une magnifique station. Merci encore au Propriétaire pour sa gentillesse ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous avons apprécié ses messages pour l’arrivée et le retour c’est une délicate attention. Si nous retournons à Belle Plagne nous reprendrons le même.

SI vous aimez les Alpes, une vue sur les grands sommets enneigés et sur les pistes, alors n'hésitez pas, cet appartement est pour vous. Bien agencé, propre, lumineux, une place au parking souterrain à votre disposition, tout pour un parfait séjour. Belle Plagne est une petite station typique rattachée au grand domaine skiable La Plagne - Les Arcs "Paradiski". De plus, excellent accueil et grande disponibilité du Propriétaire.

Super séjour

Un très beau séjour en famille. Départ skis aux pieds, Top ! La résidence est très bien placée avec Vue sur les pistes. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Des conseils très utiles du propriétaire sur le choix des restaurants. Bref, que du bonheur ! A recommander sans soucis.
