This is a 2 bedroomed, 1 bath house, centrally located near downtown Sarasota, pet friendly within walking distance to a great dog and family park that also has yoga, sports, and an Olympic size heated pool for only $2 a day entrance fee. Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach are both a 15 minute drive away. You won't have to drive far to enjoy all the amenities Sarasota has to offer, 5 minute drive to fabulous restaurants, supermarkets, including the farmers market on Saturdays and the Amish village where you will find all your fresh fruits and vegetables. Cinemas, theaters, the comedy club. the opera house are all a few minutes away. You can even walk to the bay from this property!

Restaurants and bars are a half a mile walk away. a short Uber or drive away from downtown Sarasota and all the cultural activities it has to offer. 15 minute drive away from both Siesta Key beach and Lido beach. There is also a trolley bus that goes to Siesta Key.

The property is located 2 blocks away from a pet friendly public park with an Olympic size pool that is heated in the winter months. Water aerobic classes run daily. There is also free tennis courts, lit up at night, basketball, Pickleball and an outdoor gym.
