After a day of exploring the local sites, sit back and relax on the patio with a beverage and enjoy the beautiful weather. Then snuggle into the King size bed and enjoy our Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress.

A queen size pull out couch is available if traveling with friends or children. Also available is a pack-n-play for the littlest of guests.

A comfortable stay

The property was very nice. Comfortable for the 3 adults in our party. Nice layout - everything we needed was provided. Very good location for our visit with family in the area. The host provided very good communication. We would stay there again.

My wife and I had a 4 night stay here. Kayla is very nice and accommodating. Her unit is spotless and well stocked. We were a short drive to Siesta Key and downtown. Will definitely book again!

Wow!!!! Beautiful getaway !!!

I had an amazing stay. The home is beautiful, way better than the pictures. Very private and surrounded my so many things to do, places to see, and great food to eat. I enjoyed 3 different beaches with waters so blue. The host also has an amazing personality, very kind. Overall my experience was a 10/10! I will definitely reccomend this place for others of traveling to Sarasota.

The Prefect Getaway

From the moment we stepped on the property, we felt at home. The unit is behind the main house and is very private. It is conveniently located near everything. The home is well-appointed, roomy, very clean, and stocked with all the necessities. The host, Kayla, was very welcoming and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sarasota. It will make your trip a pleasurable experience.

Exceeds expectations!

Property was even better in person than the photos and description. It is very private; very warm and welcoming; very spacious and clean. The host seems to have anticipated our every need and the welcome basket of wine and goodies was a lovely touch. All the instructions and guidelines are very clear and precise. The neighborhood is very nice, with a lovely little park just two blocks away. It is all centrally located with easy access to the beach, nice restaurants, and the downtown waterfront. We will definitely look to stay here again if we return to Sarasota.

A humble abode in a beautiful area!

Kayla and her husband were absolutely amazing in terms of communication and effectively meeting any and all of my needs. They were so kind and very helpful! I run a business and while I was there they were extremely helpful in receiving my packages and holding them for me until I had arrived at the location. The apartment was so nice and I loved the entire set up. The serene vibes and peacefulness was so nice to have and they are two wonderful souls. Thank you both again for allowing me to stay at your home and I look forward to staying there again in the near future!

We brought our eight year old grandson to Sarasota to see the Baltimore Orioles in spring training. This was a perfect place to stay close to the stadium. A quiet neighborhood.The place had everything we needed and more. Kayla thought of everything! There was more than enough space for us. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming. Kayla was very kind, responded immediately to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Impeccable, worth your stay

I booked this for a weekend college tour with my daughter. I doubt I have ever stayed in a rental with more attention to detail and your needs than this one. The moment you step in you feel like a friend is welcoming you to their home. She had all the extra touches I would have for a houseguest. Above and beyond in comparison to most rentals. My daughter would never have remembered what hotel we stayed in had I chosen that instead but she will always remember this home. She even said she was taking mental notes to be able to decorate her own apartment one day :) You can tell that Kayla enjoys and loves what she does. We will be back and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
