The unit was exactly as described. It is a duplex with the rental unit behind the main house. It has a very private outdoor space. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has everything you need and more. Would definitely stay there again when in Sarasota.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! The home was clean, exactly as advertised and even felt more spacious than we had anticipated! We would’ve loved to have stayed longer, and we would have if there had not been another booking directly after us. We will definitely return in the future!

If we could give it 10we would! The place was super cute and updated. It had everything we needed and more! It's in a great location that is close to downtown, many different beaches and attractions. Anyone who's planning to come to this area needs to check it out! We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect place to stay! Kayla thought of everything. Comfortable bed, great shower, even left a welcome basket full of goodies! Quiet neighborhood-felt safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kayla is also quick to respond with all messages.

We were only in town for a couple of days to just search for Sharks teeth and fossils. The property was really located well for us. We were 35 minutes from the beach where we hunt for sharks teeth and 1 hour 15 minutes away from Bowling Green where we also hunted for sharks teeth and fossils. The airport was less than 20 minutes away which was great as well.

Great stay!

We had such a great experience. The property was in a great location for us and was so clean, peaceful and actually more spacious than I anticipated. Kayla was a great host and we will definitely stay again when we are back in town!

Sarasota Getaway

Very clean and well stocked. Convenient to restaurants, Lido Key and downtown. Also, very quiet and easy to sleep. We highly recommend for those staying in Sarasota.
