Lovely condo with spectacular views.

I would for sure stay there again. Nice condo with lots of space with large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Kitchen was also large.

Quick Get Away

We had a great stay here and look forward to coming back again. Located in a great area. The views were wonderful, the pool was great, communication with owners and management team were very easy. We had a great time.

We had a lovely week in this apartment - great location, excellent amenities and facilities, and stunning views over the Bay. Also having use of the enormous pool for the complex was a bonus! Definitely recommended

Comfort with a view

The views are stunning and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Wonderful surprises were the wonderful (extra long!) infinity pool and the spa. Steam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge. Really nice to disconnect.

Great for families

The apartment is fully equipped and clean other than the floors. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to relax in between adventures. Loved that Cipriani is on site. Nice walks and recommendations from the MGMT. Pros!

Awesome view / very fun place to stay

Ive stayed at this building multiple times and its always lots of fun. There is crazy ocean and city skyline views from this property. There is so much stuff in very close walking distance to do from the building. The Whole foods is just about a 5 minute walk away a couple blocks down the street. There is 5 or more food trucks in the park right next to the building with amazing authentic hispanic food and a bakery. The mall is also just a couple blocks away, Brickell city centre, which is a very high end shopping mall with tons of stores and food places. The property was clean, beds were comfy, The pool at this building is amazing. I will definetley be coming back to miami again and i reccomend these hosts as the check in/ check out process was smooth as can be. Thank you !

The best views

The pros. This property is awesome.The views were amazing,lots of things in walking distance but with that being said,walk at your own risk. Miami drivers are crazy.Good thing the apartment was beautiful because I stayed there the entire time in fear of being killed in traffic.Check in was a bit frustrating because of the parking situation and check out is at 11:00 but if you are still there at 10:45 be prepared to have housekeeping just walk in on you,nice lady but I wish she had waited in the hall while we grabbed the last of our things.I would stay here again in a heartbeat if in the area again,but I would also plan to not leave the apartment because of crazy people and the apartment is just that nice

Gorgeous view & first class amenities

Highly recommend this property if you are in Miami! Professional and courteous staff /management (Francisco) starting with booking, arrival, throughout the stay and checkout. Timely refund of our damage deposit. The apartment is stylishly decorated with an unbeatable view. The apartment was well equipped for cooking, ++ towels/toiletries. Having the washer/dryer in the apt was great! Location was convenient, we were able to get around town easily (2 small kids with stroller in scorching hot weather) via the free metromover and Uber. The amenities were a big bonus! Beautiful & huge swimming pool.. had access to the lovely spa and gym. They had an amazing group fitness schedule. The kick boxing and yoga class were great!! Make sure you take advantage of the excellent included amenities/fitness centre. Had an okay stone massage.. but the facial was one of the best! Minor negatives would not deter us from staying again: 1) the sheets could have been better. 2) the toilet in the en-suite bathroom did not work well.. we mostly used toilet in 2nd bathroom.

Amazing views, location, property!

My fiancee and I stayed at this apartment for a weekend and it was soooo beautiful and met all of our expectations. The property is just like the pictures, beautifully decorated and also clean. The views are incredible all around! Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and everything functions as it intended. The location is spot-on, right at the heart of Brickell; walkable distance to Brickell City Center, Trulucks, Mandarin Oriental, etc. It wont get any better in Miami. Also a short drive to the beach if that is something of interest. The pool is absolutely huge and amazing, with gorgeous city and bay views. Only downside is we were not able to use the spa due to COVID. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would definitely book with this company again. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth; Maria was excellent, she explained everything very well and was available to answer any questions, complaints or requests by phone call or text. We parked at the adjacent parking location which is a very short walk form the building. Valet parking with the building is pricey, so we recommend reserving the adjacent parking offered by the host. Communication with the host was excellent since the time of booking. They answered all of my emails and questions in a prompt and quick manner. We would definitely go back to Icon Brickell and book properties from this host. They have gorgeous apartments!

Great unit, not so great building

The condo unit itself is great. The highlight is definitely the views. Amazing water views in the living room and master bedroom. All the rooms were well appointed. I would stay here again based on the unit alone. The building and process however leaves a lot to be desired. This is not like any W I’ve been to. 4/6 elevators didn’t work our entire stay. We had to show ids prior to check in, at check in to host company, at check in to building lobby and then again to get access to pool. Im sure it has to do with prior incidents but less than ideal. Additionally the amenities have seen better days. Not well maintained.

Needed a place to stay the night in Miami after an event. This place was great, location, views, grounds. Wish we could have used the facilities but the rain ruined it. Would definitely book again.

Great views and 10/10 amenities

Overall the condo was nice…fine for a weekend stay. Great communication for the most part. The amenities are top notch and the views, gorgeous. The primary bedroom was nice, super comfortable bed. The second bedroom however had very tiny beds. Much smaller than they appeared in photos. The couch was super low to the ground, extremely uncomfortable and had a huge stain on it.

The Views!!

This condo is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Very clean and better than pictures. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The pool was great. Everything is easy to access in the building. The views are amazing- you have pool views and bay views. The location is great - you can walk to lots of food and shopping. We’re already planning our next stay!

Great long weekend

We enjoyed the pool, spa, Addikt restaurant near the pool, Mexican restaurant Veinte in adjacent building. Easiliy walked to Whole Foods and enjoyed the sidewalk along the seawall. Would have been good to have the options and phone number to pre- book spa appointments. Great weekend overall.

Great Spot to Experience All Miami Has To Offer

The good: Apartment was in good condition. Location is great--30 minutes or less to almost anywhere in the Miami area, depending on traffic. Checking in was easy and communication with the hosts was quick and they always responded. Loved the pool! The so-so (but not bad!): Parking is offsite or expensive for the W Hotel valet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
