A group of us stayed for Ultra weekend. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was very nice to all have our own bathrooms. A great hangout location!
Misleading Description and Poor Maintenance Ruined Our Stay
We were deeply disappointed with this stay. The online description claimed the apartment was 3,900 sq. ft., but in reality, it is no more than 2,500 sq. ft.—a significant and misleading discrepancy. Upon arrival, it was clear the place had been cleaned in a rush. Both outdoor areas were filthy and completely unusable unless we cleaned them ourselves, which is not what anyone expects on vacation.Inside the apartment, cleaning supplies like a broom and mop were left leaning against a wall in the kitchen and guest bathroom. An ironing table was also left open, giving the impression that the space wasn’t prepared to welcome guests properly.On the positive side, the apartment is in an excellent location, and the complex itself is well-maintained. However, the lack of care, inaccurate description, and inability to use the outdoor areas (due to poor maintenance) ruined what could have been a much better experience. This was not the vacation we hoped for, and we would not stay here again.
The property was clean and the location was perfect for us. There are about 50 stairs in the unit. To keep the bedroom on the top floor cool, you had to really lower the thermostat, which made everyone on lower floors cold. The rain shower heads have very little pressure. My biggest problem was that the internet was out for almost a day. We worked with the building manager and Comcast to fix the problem. Once Comcast completed their work, there was no notification from the building manager until I contacted them. The manager texted that everything was fixed. The system still would not work, so I contacted the manager again. Unfortunately, the building manager indicated that he/she got off at 3 pm and was on the way to Key West and I would have to reset the router to get the system working. This meant climbing under a table and working with frayed wires to troubleshoot the problem myself. This is not what I expected from a Premier listing that prides itself on great communication.
The place was clean. Check In was easy. Communication with the owner was easy. No issues. All the units are used as vacation rentals. There is some minor wear and tear. The unit suited our needs and was quiet at night. I would rent the unit again, if needed.
Rented several units for friends and family for my daughter’s wedding. Perfect set up for several families. The parking was difficult due to hair and make up, photographers, etc. coming over to prep for wedding. There is only one spot underneath to park per unit.
The units are beautiful and very roomy. Each is decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchens and outdoor living areas.
Would recommend to anyone visiting the Brickell area.

This property is centrally located to many amenities ( supermarket, restaurants, business center and freeway). Very clean and nicely decorated!

My husband and I came to Miami to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from the University of Miami School of Law. My brother and his wife stayed with us, and everyone thought the condo was perfect. We arrived on the Thursday before graduation, which was on Saturday, and we left the following Monday.The condo was spacious and relaxing, especially after busy days traveling around the city. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.
The place was clean, spacious and in a nice area of Brickel. After our stay we were charged for a missing TV remote. Nobody in our group took a remote and we suspected that this was a lost item within the home that they could not find or this is a bogus charge. Notating this in case others have a similar experience.
This group of townhomes was perfect for our wedding weekend! Between family, friends, and the wedding party, our group booked all 8 units. 2110 was a perfect place for us! The units are sleek, spacious, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and spotlessly clean, with ample spaces inside and out for relaxing and socializing. The location was central to and made it very easy to travel to our various events over the weekend- downtown, on Key Biscayne, and in Coconut Grove. I wish we would have had more time to actually just stay and enjoy the house as the vibe is quite relaxing and sophisticated, very much a welcoming vacation feel. Our host Angeles was totally responsive from the beginning and very helpful with my many questions and assistance in coordinating things. I would totally return and totally recommend this property. It is great for both families and friends.
Beautiful condo in a great location. Very responsive host. Just know that living areas are accessed by 1-3 flights of stairs. Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ability to park 3 cars inside the private garages. Hope to return.
Clean and well kept! Great location, only a 15-minute walk to downtown Brickell area where there are literally dozens of first-rate restaurants.

If you are in need of a great vacation rental in Brickell, this one should definitely be on your list!
Everything is clean and easy to use. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. Grocery stores were within easy distance. And there is always Instacart if you don’t have a vehicle and would rather not use a ride share. Lots of good restaurants in downtown Brickell.
The kitchen could be better appointed with more glasses, dishes and serving plates/bowls but it just meant using the dishwasher a little more often.
Angeles was very responsive and instructions for the rental were easy to understand.
One unfortunate incident with the door handle to the powder room failing to unlock with one of my guests ‘jailed’ for about 20 minutes. It necessitated disassembling the handle which lost us our damage deposit.
