Great host, great property!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location (to beach, shopping, cuisine, et al). We had a great time with our kids ages 5 and 2; and special thanks to Darlene for leaving out the board games for us!

Great Location and Home.

In town for a wedding. Was a great stay. Clean, well layed out and great pool area to relax. Close to grocery stores and restaurants on the water. Went to Monty's on the water and Black Point Ocean Grill. I would rent again. CHEERS

Best Place Ever

This place is very nice and it has a lot of stores located near it so you don’t have to drive everywhere to get stuff. Also the property manager was very nice and quick to respond to any problems or questions. Would very much recommend staying here

Graduation Weekend

I was traveling with my family to attend Graduation at The U. The property was located close to campus, close to shopping and restaurants, and was on a quiet street. Couldn't have asked for a better location and property for me and my family to celebrate and enjoy Miami for a long weekend.

Great stay in Miami!

This spacious townhouse in a quiet neighborhood offered a great relaxing indoor and outdoor space for six adults. The home is tastefully decorated and we admired the bright and colorful art collection by Romero Britto. There are three bedrooms and three baths as described, however we were surprised to find one bedroom had a pull-out sofa bed. The location is convenient with easy access to many activities and sights in the Miami area. A great place to stay when visiting Miami!

U Miami Family Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Darlene’s home. The description is spot on. The location was perfect to The U , shopping and Coconut Grove. Darlene’s book of knowledge is a wonderful touch. Inside is a list of restuarant, take out menus, places to see, shopping and all the ins and outs of the house. You will enjoy your dip in the pool after a hot day in the Miami sun.

Beautiful home in perfect location

We loved our stay and felt home away from home. The house was big for its location with a wonderful floorplan. The location was excellent for us beeing just 15min away from Crandon Park, walking distance to Publix and a super short ride to anything else you may need. The owner was very accomodating and quickly responded to any of your needs. I should also note that the house was fully equipped and even the kitchen knives were sharp which usually is not the case.

“We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate and modern home! The location is perfect—just minutes from Coconut Grove and the beautiful Miami beaches. Darlene’s communication was excellent; she even checked in with us after a couple of days to ensure everything was going smoothly. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and offers plenty of options for food, groceries, and shopping, all within a short distance. The pool was a major highlight for both the kids and us parents, providing the perfect spot for a ‘relax day’ during our vacation. In fact, after spending our days exploring the area, we couldn’t wait to return to the house to enjoy the pool. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate—just book it! It was a fantastic choice for our family, and we can’t wait to come back.”

Mother Daughter trip

My mom and I spent almost 2 weeks at this beautiful townhouse. Nestled on quiet side streets, but minutes away from amazing restaurants, activities, and anything you may need. The home is ample in space with TVs in almost every room, including the backyard. The beds I cannot say enough about them! Our communication with Darlene was excellent and the host was quick to solve any issues. She was even flexible when we decided to extend our visit. The saltwater pool is refreshing, and I really like the fact that it is hurricane ready with secure doors, windows, and flashlights everywhere. You will not be disappointed!

Exceeded expectations

This rental is all we hoped for and more! From the elegant entrance throughout, we felt welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. I was most impressed with Darlene's excellent communications. Before our trip, upon arrival and throughout, she was available and attentive by phone and text. The location is quiet and quaint-- and very walkable to nearby shopping or just for kicks. Our family of 5 gathered at the house for Thanksgiving week, and were thrilled at the well-equipped, accessible kitchen and open design of the sitting areas. There were so many amenities we couldn't take advantage of them all (especially the patio/pool area). The bedrooms and bathrooms were cozy, clean and so comfy; large TVs in all rooms. The online photos and description are very accurate to all we experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

I are born and raised in Miami. I love Miami and the area, we spend most of our time in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables or at some of the outdoor parks. I am new at hosting and so far only have reviews on air bnb- please see my 5 star reviews.

Why they chose this property

My house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you would want: from location, to pool, to fully stocked kitchen and many TVs throughout. I am located on a quiet street, on a dead end so no thru traffic centrally located to the beach, downtown, MIA airport, etc.

What makes this property unique

All 3 of the bedrooms have balconies with wood floors through out with bathrooms and TVs, living space has marble floors through out and a Nest AC system. The back yard has a heated salt water pool, wet bar, outdoor refrigerator, seating and a fire pit table. There is also a 1/2 bathroom located downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs.
