We had a great time. Lots of small fish caught right on off the dock. The swimming area is small, but worked out well for us. The guest house was great for storing coolers, floating toys and fishing gear. The one thing I would add are hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms. There is nowhere to hang your bath towel after showering. We also thought it was odd that bath towels were not provided. Unfortunately, we did not see this on your website, so we had to go shopping for bath towels in town after we got settled in. We really enjoyed the pontoon and paddle boat. We hope to stay again next year.

A hidden gem!

Three generations of family had a wonderful time at the cabin! Such fun fishing off the dock, kids playing on the beach, big yard to set up games, comfortable living room to visit, ample kitchen to fit our crew of 13! We made memories and will be back next summer!

Memorial Weekend Stay

Our family really enjoyed this location. Very private, nice sand beach, house was plenty big, plenty of wood, seating was very comfortable. Couldn't have hoped for much better stay. Only downside is that it is a private lake so there isn't a public boat landing if you bring your own boat.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay in this home perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-12) . The beach was amazing, great to have the pontoon since you cant bring your own boat (a cover would be a good addition), and lots of space for everyone. We will be back!

Took the whole family including all the grandkids for a week. Everyone had a great time. The swimming area was perfect for the kids especially the smaller ones. Great fire pit and lots of water toys. Pontoon worked great and the fishing was awesome!

We had a great week.

Although the cabin could use a few updates, the space was great. There was room for all of us to gather in one place or to find a quiet place to read. We all enjoyed the ping pong table and the pontoon. Our group of 12 (7 adults + 5 children) had plenty of room and had a great week. The kids enjoyed the beach, pontoon rides and fishing from the dock. Overall, we hope to return in the future.

Family Vacation

Late August family vacation with our 2 daughters and their families, including 6 kids ages 3-10. Property was was great. House had plenty of space for us to spread out, was clean and stocked with all the needed essentials. Beach was great for the kids. They spent lots of time playing in the sand with the sand toys. Lake is very clean and the kids enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock and taking the pontoon out for early and late fishing - at least one person was fishing all day! Perfect vacation place and would definitely go back again.

Down side only...could not put our boat in Agate Lake ...needed to land in Gull Lake for water tubing and fishing walleye. Shooting range noise was a distraction.

50th anniversary family reunion

The property was great! The house had plenty of room for all 16 of us! Two kitchens weren't needed but the 2 fridges were. All the dishes we could possibly ever need! I have done probably around 20 VRBO's and this was the best stocked one! Lake was amazing. Quiet and the fishing was awesome. The pontoon was used and most of the time the pontoon was the only boat on the water. When we had questions or concerns the mgmt company answered almost immediately. A couple things to mention that might need attention for future guests is the dock the boards are getting old and some were broken and rotted. Also the bees and hornets. There I think are some hornet nests in the soffets of the house and little cabin that made for a lot of hornets on the property. Many of us got stung. We did call about one large hornets nest in the tree and they sent someone out to take care of that instantly! I was very impressed with the quick responses by the mgmt company with any questions or concerns we had.
